Hello readers I would just like to take a moment to thank mr.richard for showing up and doing a very great with handling his job. He was very professional...very easy going and understanding of i ask for a explained everything I spoke on or questioned. I would also like to thank Bella and the young lady that was with her learning they were very sweet and sold the job very well. Thank you azura for this new journey

Rafael Roig-Bigas from Aruza Pest Control came by my house this morning and provided an awesome service for pest management. He specifically did a tremendous job on the ant infestation in my back yard. Overall, he is hard working, polite and knowledgeable. Aruza keeps on doing great service. Keep it up, guys!!!

Do not fall for their lies or the fabricated reviews. Door to door salesman lied for the whole sales pitch. People came for the first treatment and barely did anything sat in their vehicle for most of the time. Sales guy said to text with any issue and he'll immediately respond and take care of it. Yard still completely full of fire ants and no difference in mosquitoes and its been 3 days since the text and no response. They broke the contract but they want 200 dollars from us to stop service. Unethical and shady business do not fall for it!

Horrific sales, customer and performance. We bought into the sales pitch and shocking- the sales person who we could “contact with any issues and pause the contract at any time” was no where to be found and lied. We still have pests and they aren’t allowing us to “cancel” Buyer beware. Don’t fall into the trap with false promises. Absolutely criminal company

We have a no soliciting sign but they still knocked on our door close to 8 at night. They then got rude when I pointed out we have a no soliciting sign and that they had to move chairs to get to our front door so that should be another sign not to knock on the door. They also claimed to be doing the service at the neighbors house so we had to have ours treated too because the bugs would just move over into our yard. I said we would take care of it please leave he just laughed said good luck with your bug problems. I have never seen this company in the neighborhood and I've asked the neighbors no one is using this company.

I had an awful experience with this company. Their service did not work. My yard is destroyed with mole activity. Moles feed on bugs. When I told them I did not want their service any longer because it didnt work, They told me I had to pay them anyway regardless. After my contract ended, they tried to auto renew my service after I had called and told them i did not want their service anymore. Do not waste your money on this pest control service. Shame on them for their unscrupulous business practices.

How does this company market themselves? An unmarked van drops off super pushy sales reps, just like this one, to travel neighborhoods with their company owned Segway scooters. They knock at doors, ignoring NO SOLICITING signs, to lie to you. How do they lie to you? They tell you your neighbors use them and sent them your way to see if you’d be interested. When you say no, they change their story. They tell you something else to try and get you to listen. “Actually, we were just around the area and we found your house had some signs of needed pest control.” Or, as one neighbor admitted, they will tell you that they have a package for you. When you say, “I am not expecting a package”, they lie yet again and continue on with their next spiel. Bottom line, a good company is not going to hide to gain your business. A good company is not going to lie to gain your business, and use your neighbors as an excuse to do it. A good company is not going to solicit right past NO SOLICITING signs. If you see these folks swarming your neighborhood or surrounding neighborhoods, where soliciting is clearly not allowed… call the cops so they can give them the same hassle they’re giving you. They do shotty work and the reviews that are truthful seem oddly shuttered out by five star, perfectly worded (almost AI) baseless reviews with no photos, from likely company associates, friends, and family of those who work there. I wouldn’t be surprised if the sales people are so pushy because they make a commission. Have you seen the amount of posts online about how annoying the sales reps from this company are when they go door to door selling snake oil? Listen to the cops which have been called on you multiple times and listen to your credible one star reviews. Cut it out already.

If I could leave no stars, I would. Three weeks ago, I had 2 young men, I estimate to be in their late 20's, come to my home, unsolicited. On my property, there is a gate you have to enter in order to get to my front door. The distance from the gate to my front door is approximately 30 feet. One of the men, (Cameron, so he said) came to my door and banged really hard on it. The other, (Shepard, according to Cameron) would NOT walk through the gate. The entire time he stood there. Both were wearing blue Aruza Pest Control polo shirts. Cameron said they were in our neighborhood visiting a neighbor interested in their pest services. Cameron said, "though I know people don't like surprise visitors, I figured as long as I was in the neighborhood I'd see if you would be interested in our company. He pointed to the top of our portico and said, "see that wasp nest...we will spray and remove them. It was at that moment I knew he had no clue what he was talking about. I use another well-known pest control company, in my area (Central Florida) and what they pointed to was plain dung. I asked for a business card. They said they gave their last one away. I asked them to see their driver’s license and they said they left it in their box. I was thinking of a glove box. They then asked what my husband and I did for a living. At this point, I was suspect. My husband called our neighborhood security to come down. While we waited, I asked them to text me their contact info (I have an ancillary phone number) so I could get "something" on them" Cameron texted me and I got what I wanted. It was 5:45pm on a Friday. I told them all commercial vehicles has to be out of the area by 6pm. I noticed there was no truck or car parked outside. When I asked where they did park, they said 2 doors down. As they were leaving, the one at the gate asked if he could have a bottle of water! I said I was all out. Security arrived and reported to me that the two came on scooters! I went to sites like Reddit and typed in Aruza. Up came so many stories exactly the same as mine, from the banging on the door, to one of them standing far back (one described him as creepy), asking for bottled water, and having a scooter. Though I never called Aruza or asked for information from the company, I am giving this negative post because I have attempted 3 times to talk to a supervisor or manager about this and received no call back. Frustrated, after the third time, the girl who answered my call asked me if I wanted to leave a message. I told her to write down verbatim what I want to say. IF I do not receive a callback from a supervisor or manager, I will reward your company with FREE unsolicited negative publicity warning others about what I experienced. I wanted to find out if these 2 were worked for Aruza or masquerading as if they did. Next, I am going to reach out to BBB and Consumer Affairs.

The Aruza sales rep blatantly lied to get my business. I made it clear I didn’t want the same service my current pest control company provides. He promised Aruza does more and does it better — total lie. He claimed they remove face plates to dust behind switches and outlets — never happened. He said they’d use a 30-ft pole to clean the eaves — never done in either of my two visits. He swore they’d cover my entire property, not just within 5 feet of the house — also false. This was nothing but overpromising to close a sale. I have video from my smart glasses to back it all up.

Dishonest Sales Tactics & Empty Promises This company’s sales tactics are unacceptable. The sales rep not only lied about the services I would receive, but actually signed and initialed parts of the contract on my behalf without my consent—all just to make a sale. I was told I’d be getting comprehensive pest control, but what was actually in the contract was far less than promised. Their priority is clearly locking people into contracts, not providing honest service. If a company is willing to forge signatures to close a deal, you can’t trust them in your home. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Sales person lied, I feel like I was scammed. The sales guy promised a bunch of services and they didn't do any of it. I already had a pest control company, only reason I tried Aruza because the sales told me they do the whole yard and the little extra he mentioned. Becareful of the sales people, they will say and promise anything to get your credit card

Very very very unprofessional. After refusing the first time at 8p.m. an hour later they drive up park car where it's off camera shut lights and car off then knock again. The guy was hi on drugs and wouldn't take no for an answer, at that point I had to escort him off my property and filed a police report with the Marion County sheriff's department. You guts are going to get some one hurt like this. This is not acceptable if respectfully passed on yalls service and was giving a hard time about yall getting off my property. Don't knock on my door again I will be afraid.

BEWARE.... This is a very shady company. They send this sales people out door to door with out business cards nor shirts with a company name on it. They don't even pull up in a company vehicle. The guy came to my house and started walking to the back of my house snooping around. Good thing we have cameras to catch him. When you call the number it goes to call center. They take a message and never return the phone call. If you Google them there is a long list of complaints.

Company needs a new sales rep. Harassing and arguing with people when they decline your service is not a good way to build your reputation. Also, he needs to be taught when a community has a no soliciting sign that means do not knock on our doors trying to sale us something we didn’t ask for!
