Robert came out today to check on an ant problem. He was on time and very professional. He thoroughly checked our kitchen for ants, left us some baits and gave us some advise to prevent their return in the future. We are very pleased with the service Robert and McCalls provide.

Technician never informed he was at my residence! My wife seen him outside the kitchen window.. scared her to death! I guess he did his job he never let us know he arrived

Called several weeks ago. They took down my info and said someone would reach out. Never heard a word. Do not recommend. They don’t want any business it seems.

First day never showed up , second day showed up but never follow up with the offer they gave me , I tried to call the office no answer , I tried to call the manager no answer no call back . it was a 9000$ dollar job . looks like they hate money . I would not recommend this company .

Ever since new management has taken over I've had the worst experience. I asked that I be contacted the day before each visit, which never happened. Today it happened again so I decided to just move on and get another service. When I contacted them, they lied and told me that they contacted me the day before and left a VM. I have no missed calls and no VM. They very happily cancelled my service and without so much as an apology. I can't recommend to anyone based on my experience.

Typical scammers go door to door to pitch sales convinced my older mother into a pointless service that didn’t keep the bugs away!! They also tried to charge her card $100 when she called to cancel!! Your company has been reported !

They did not do an effort on calling me or letting me know they were coming over. Also they entered my yard, thats trespassing. If my dogs would have attacked the inspector that would not have been my fault. Now, I dont know if he did all the yard or the back of the house. In addition, he did not spray my kitchen.

I called to cancel treatment and told the girl at the office I will call to reschedule or give her a new address because I sold my house then she turned right around reschedule me for the next day. I am paying I should be able to tell u whats a good time for me or not and I want the treatment somewhere else. Thanks for nothing. But the tech that comes out to my house he is great.

Stay far away drom this " company " they are basically in the business of sending a semi slick salesmen to your door and lying their way into getting you to sign a vague and frankly dishonest contract (that you can't get out of without paying them) and if you try to rectify any situation you don't feel comfortable with all they do is regurgitate the stipulations of the vague and dishonest contract ...they are not in the business of doing good business they just slide by banking on the fact that its cheaper to finish out contract then pay to break it. Od be curious to see what there resign up rate is lol btw they are not bbb accredited and am pretty sure all those 5 star reviews are phony

Beware... Had a young man come to my door soliciting their service and attempting to pressure me into a 1year agreement at ~$400 for the year with and autopay setup. He almost had me with the slick talking promises even trying to lower the pricing a bit but I explained I don't like contracts and especially with autopay off my card. He lost interest and hauled off on his powered skateboard while sternly wishing me "good luck with the ants!". Not real professional... Glad the flags came up! Very few reviews here and questionable at best...

Had a sales rep come to the door unsolicited since they were doing work a few houses down, but he was so rude, obnoxious, and pushy there's no way id consider them now. Told him several times I didnt need a pest service and after the 3rd time he asked in a snarky tone if I was even the home owner. Had to slam the door in his face to get him to leave. I understand during the pandemic businesses are out more often trying to get business but even the ones who come to my door repeatedly leave with a smile and a 'thanks for your time' after I tell them no thanks.
