They need to hire sales people that can read before it starts costing them in court. Salesman rings my doorbell with a sign attached that clearly says no soliciting and even says I charge $50 a minute to listen to anything you have to say billed at home owners discretion. It took me 3 minutes of my time and almost another 20 seconds of my 120 pound shepard Bubba time to get rid of this idiot. If you suck this bad you have to go door to door looking for customers pask it up. I dont have time for hopes and dreams.

Watch out for these people . First off never was told I was going to be paying every month for them to show up 4 times a year to spray . Second never was told it was a contract, and lastly I’ve stopped paying these people but they still try to take money out of my card everyday and get declined and it’s just random amounts of money . 20 here 40 there . Waiting till my card is open or something to take all they want . Probably somewhere in the “contract “ that states this is legal in some way but it definitely feels very wrong and kinda scary. Please try to go another route .

I had this service since 2023 before it was Proforce. I thought I was a long and valued customer but since proforce took over there was nothing but back to back little issues like not spraying my yard even though I pay 100 extra a month for outdoor package. Not to mention, I have cameras all over so I can see what's happening. I called multiple times cause I don't want to be a Karen but I don't have an extra 100 a month to throw away if they wouldn't do the job. The customer service was a hit or miss. I ended up canceling but they continued to charge me and went up 5 bucks a month. Then I called when I realized it, they pretty much didn't care and told me I should have realized it earlier but it's canceled now. Horrible company. Bad experience after being a customer from 2023... and it's 2026. Everything changed when Proforce took over.

“100% satisfaction guarantee” but are refusing to work with me when I say their salesman who came to my door never notified me I would be locked into a 12 month contract with them and upon attempting to cancel on 3 different occasions (we are moving before those 12 months are up and don’t want to pay for someone else to have this service when we leave) I have been told a mandatory $250 cancellation fee must be paid, which AGAIN was never brought to my attention. On one of the calls attempting to cancel, the man on the phone said “not sure why you’re paying this much for this package” so that was great as well And now, a month later we have been charged the cancellation fee TWICE without notice. $456.78 taken from our account and somehow our customer portal says we still owe $5. This is not a “cancel any time” like the sales man claimed it was. Do not fall for the trap

Sales representative that showed up to my house lied about assisting us with cancellation fees with my previous pest control company. I called them out on it and no one has returned my call. We lost $299 in cancellation fees from my former pest control company. The sales guy claims he never said that. Lies! We only keep ProForce because there is a cancellation fee. As soon as the first year passes, we are switching companies. I won’t do business with liars. Service techs are nice though. Dequan did an amazing job and even shooed a frog out of my garage.

This company is a scam.. they came out for initial service and charged 135.00, then not even two weeks later charge 90.00.. and they didn’t come out. They told us that it would be 90.00 every 3 months when they come out.. not monthly, and they don’t come out monthly. When we tried to cancel they tell us there is a cancellation fee.. and it was within 30 days. Then someone was to call me back. No one ever did. Placed stop payment on my account. They got is for 220.00..if this company comes to your door, slam it in their face. Check out their BBB-reviews. Their website lies on their review rating

I had never heard of this company until solicited at my home by a door knocker. Nice guy, but I did not need the service. I gave in and decided to give it a shot. This was a big mistake. The company requires that you sign an agreement for TWELVE months. That's nearly $1,200 per year for a service that you don't need unless you have an infestation, imo. I did not have an infestation in the home, however, the service was not effective for our home. I kindly explained this to support and asked if they could waive the $149 agreement termination fee. After two weeks of waiting, the response was a flat out no. The service is cancelled and I got stuck with the fee. I am not crying victim as it is my fault. Seek the service out if you have a serious pest problem, but say no if only just a few come to your door.

I told them about my Constant ant problems that I’ve been having outside on my pavers. I looked at him on my cameras walking around the outside sprinkling product never did anything to the 🐜 mounds appearing in the middle.. I’m still having ant problems still today. What a waste of money!

Over charged almost 90% more than door to door salesman said the price would be, bank dispute got some of the money back. Sales rep ignored the two no solicitation posted signs. Now after cancellation they are still sending techs out, sending a bill. The tech knocked on the side yard gate. How about the front door or just not be dispatched since scam service was supposed to have been canceled. Avoid, Avoid and saw an increase in pests after initial first treatment.Tried once again 7/24/25 to speak with someone. Transferred to Barbara to reiterate cancellation. Left on hold & call disconnected. What was supposed to be a $600 a year per sales rep. Would be $1,470 if I kept the monthly service & paid the monthly service call. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Came to our home and removed our termite control units after they have been paid for in full, didn't service them as was agreed and after we had to go to a separate company to service and refill them they came afterwards to take products and items that both didn't belong to them, and was paid for to be serviced. After paying out of pocket to continue servicing them, we are left to place them back where they were supposed to be. The worker lied about contacting the owner of them before doing anything beforehand, feigning a phone call to dissuade suspicion, and when caught fled the scene instead of undoing the damage done.
