Not professional charge you with doing the work, in other words they charge in the first week of the month and maybe the work gets done towards the end! Do not trust them at all

One of your drivers is swerving all over i4 hitting rumble strips, almost hitting other cars, going into the dirt past the rumble strips....today, right now & just got off on 472 and almost rearended a car. Either texting, messed up, or tired but its been for over 20min consistently one minute to the next. Putting many in danger.

Have not been happy with results from this company. Know nothing of the servicers of this company. Just waiting out my contact so as to be rid of them. Now aren't you happy u asked. Just do it and don't phone me at all. Have til April. Seems a waste of my hard earned 💰 money.

I'm giving this company one star, but I would give it 0 if I could. They take the money out of my account and they don't show I've called them repeatedly about this situation and it does not get rectified I called them today to cancel my service because they haven't come and they admitted to me that appointments have not been made on their end and tried to apologize for it. They are now telling me that in order to cancel my contract I would have to pay them $300...HUH??? THEY SHOULD BE REIMBURSING ME FOR THE TIMES THEY DID NOT SHOW AND ADMITTED TOO. I STRONGLY SUGGEST USING ANOTHER COMPANY, THERE ARE BETTER ONES OUT THERE AND MANY OF THEM

The gentleman that came to my door selling the business informed me after I asked him that this company was merging with Massey which is the company I have. He continued doing his pitch and it sounded too good to be true. I signed up for the price, but I made the biggest mistake anyone buying anything can do: BELIEVE ANYTHING COMING OUT OF THE SELLERS MOUTH. Unless it is writing, it is fairytales and cartoons. That’s what happed to me with this company and the dude that came to me and straight up LIED MY FACE. Disgusting. I’ve refrained from posting my experience because I didn’t want retaliation from this company as I have them until May-June next year and don’t know how petty/shady their company and employees are… really upsetting. Don’t get got by them and READ! I’m a disabled veteran who suffered 3 strokes so I was slow with my reading and understanding of the contract until I realized what was happening. Then it was too late. And here I am. Such is life.

They have billed me twice. I was told they would come every ten days for the first month and then monthly after that. I have not seen them since the initial visit over a month ago. I have sent emails, texts, and left voicemails. I do not recommend going with this pest company.

DO NOT use this company. My pest service was sold to me door to door by a real nice man that told me I could cancel at anytime, that all I needed to do was to at least give them three months of bills to offset the cost of first treatment if I wanted to cancel, LIES! They came right out to treat once and then I never saw them again. Paid 4 months of service when I called in to ask what’s going on, they said they where about to come out that they only service every three month. When I went to cancel service they made me pay remainder of contract. My wife paid for first service on her cc then they were suppose to use mine for remaining bills yet that never happened. They kept billing my wife’s card even after I called in to make sure they changed to my card. POOR, POOR, customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND go to Masey, Florida pest, anyone but this company!

I noticed money coming out of my account but they only came to my house once. I called and was informed that they come once every 3 months, had i been informed of this i would not have signed up. Feel like i am throwing money away. This is ridiculous, bad advertising. Thank God my contract is only 6 months. Definitely not going to use then anymore. Going to charge me monthly to only show twice out of the six months. Be up front with your customers about your service.

So they have been to my house once in five months make sure they do make sure that they take the money out and get paid. A fellow me here. Drop down some sticky pad and a ridiculous amount of bait Which Grew fungus , said that they put in for an inspection on these sticky pads in two weeks ,nobody showed up, then the guy told me that sat down with me, (con man,) that they come and spray every month. My sister was on the phone with me and she said oh yeah that’s good. I get every three months, but I read the paperwork and it said once every three months . I had to call to get a guy here in my garage just to spray cause I saw a couple bugs but otherwise they have not been here on contract , every three months and loaded my kitchen up with the bate, I mean, loaded my kitchen up with bait all over the place and it grew fungus ..I’ll be cancel my contract. Maybe you all can see this , maybe now you get back to me. so I will call them Solve pest “CONS”not Solve pest pros. I asked the guy on the phone who plans on coming and cleaning all this up so if any of my animals get sick from falling on the floor because I don’t know every single spot that they put it Believe you me , you will be hearing from my lawyer

Ian (manager ) came by my house, looking very off. It seemed like he was very high. He spoke to my husband about the service & just didn’t seem right. I have it All on my ring camera. Eyes were really red, i believe that something was & service was not done correctly. Solve Pest Pros if this is your manager, recommend finding a new one!
