I just happened to meet a most "outstanding" individual. The fact that we share the same "first name" was just an added bonus. In a world of complaints and division, I choose to amplify the best and most positive side of life. Frank the "Master Photographer" is my latest positive experience. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I called about a job both yesterday and today. And was instantly met with voicemail. If this company doesn’t care about someone asking for a job then how could anyone care about the company.

I was told this company was coming to perform pest control in my apartment. Instead, their technician inspected my personal space, made comments unrelated to pest issues, and reported them to management. That’s not pest control — that’s spying on tenants under false pretenses. If you value honesty, professionalism, or respect for privacy, look elsewhere. Nobody should have to worry about being judged or reported when they’re told it’s just a pest service.

We've had this company come spray our apartment for awhile now and we're still seeing roaches, I've even seen them not spray every inch of the kitchen, bathroom, etc. We have a 4 month old baby around and its sad to see them not really care bout the safety issues it could cause. I highly dont recommend this company especially if you have children.

they come spray and fumigate my apt, they sprayed around 15+ times, and fumigated 4 weeks in a row and i had 1 random one so that makes 5 total fumigations, and we still have roaches, stuck with them cause apartment choses them but do not recommend them

I’ve been dealing with this company at my daughter’s apartment for over six months, and the pest issue still hasn’t been resolved. The technician they send out seems incompetent, constantly asking obvious questions instead of providing solutions. Overall, it feels like a waste of time with nothing but empty promises. I would not recommend.

I would like to update a review that I left… I previously left a not so great review about Pro Service Pest Solutions (specifically about Frank) based on my current situation and an infestation despite being a really clean individual. Unfortunately it comes down to the fact that Pro Services is contracted with my leasing office not me, so I have not had the luxury of working with Frank directly to address the problem. After a great conversation with Frank on Thursday of last week, I felt horrible because he really has done everything within his power (and contract) to resolve the problem. I feel good about where things are currently at and I’m hopeful that he will get this infestation under control. Thank you for your patience with me as I navigate this uncomfortable living situation.
