Impressive young men who represented their business professionally so I agreed to sign up. Aiden who performed the service was also professional. Now we’ll see how effective the program is. There seems to be many spider webs in several spots on the lanai right after recent service.
I have used Mira now for about a half year. They have eliminated all of the bee/wasp hives around my house. They notify me when they're coming, arrive on time and complete the process efficiently.

My technician showed up on time on the day that was scheduled and did a great job informing me of what he was going to do today with weed killer and fertilizer.
Such thorough wiping down, ensuring to get all the areas bugs would hide. Angela completed our pest control and would love to have her service our home every time!

My wife was very impressed with how professional and courteous Tevin was.
We had our whole house treated by Kalem and we are so happy. He listened as we tell him the problem area after we saw some activity in our porch and pool area, he made sure he tackled on those.
Mira Home Pest Control is a wonderful new business. Our tech, Geovannie was fantastic!! He took his time and was very thorough with his exterminating process….. A pleasure working with Mira & Geovannie !! Very happy that we chose Mira to help with our pest control needs.

Extremely disappointing and misleading experience I am leaving this review to warn other customers. I requested the cancellation of my service and, after significant back-and-forth, Mira Home finally confirmed in writing that my account was cancelled. However, immediately after confirming the cancellation, they charged my credit card $369.00 for an “early termination fee.” Throughout the process: Cancellation by written notice was repeatedly delayed and made unnecessarily difficult. I was pressured multiple times to downgrade plans instead of canceling. I was told cancellation could not be completed by email, despite the contract allowing written notice. Only after persistence did they confirm the cancellation — followed by an automatic charge. While they later justified the fee by citing contract terms, the overall experience felt high-pressure, inflexible, and customer-unfriendly. There was no willingness to negotiate, no goodwill adjustment, and no concern for customer satisfaction. This company may be legally covered by their contract, but the way cancellations are handled appears designed to discourage customers from leaving and to extract fees rather than resolve issues fairly. I strongly recommend that anyone considering Mira Home read the contract very carefully, especially regarding long-term commitments and cancellation fees, before signing.

I should never have signed up with this company. I had to pay a termination fee to get out of the contract when I wasn’t happy with their service. I’ll be more careful in the future when looking for this kind of service. There’s no good reason to have a termination fee other than to stop people from leaving when they’re not happy. Lesson learned.

I had a very disappointing experience with this pest control company. During the time I had the service, I never noticed a reduction in ants in my yard, which was the main reason I hired them. Additionally, the sales representative clearly told me that if I moved to a new property, I would be able to cancel the service without any issues. I was very upfront about this before signing, and I was reassured multiple times that cancellation would be allowed if I provided my new lease agreement. However, once I actually moved and requested to cancel, the company began putting obstacles in place and made the process unnecessarily difficult, despite what was originally promised. Based on the lack of results and the poor experience with customer service during cancellation, I do not recommend this company.

Worst pest control service ever, they don’t do what we ask them to do. Ask them to come inside the home to inspect and do necessary check up and technician just spray pesticides outside and left even after asking him to come inside. I do not recommend them ever to anyone, expensive and inefficient. Don’t I repeat don’t ever hire them for any kind of service. Unfortunately I went in yearly contract with them so I am stuck but anyone who is thinking just stay away from them. Their customer service is even worst, when you call them to complain they just put you on hold and repeat same thing over and over. I can’t believe a company at this level still doing business. Don’t fall for the positive reviews they might be fabricated/false.

Terrible customer service. They signed us up saying $99 a month would cover everything on their list. We specifically said we needed it for fleas and mosquitoes and they said it would be covered. Turns out, thats a higher cost and not included in what we signed up for at all. They said they would change it for the same price , but the people coming out said we had too many outside animals and the techs themselves said they dont know why the company signed us up. They wouldn't let us cancel without a $280 fee. One tech said theyd use a backpack sprayer to avoid the animals and even sprayed inside my house saying it was for fleas. The supervisor said they cant spray for fleas with us or pets inside (they did) and said they have no record of anyone spraying inside even though I WALKED HIM THROUGH THE HOUSE PERSONALLY. The next tech fogged my yard even though the supervisor and other tech said it wasnt safe with my farm animals. They showed up without an appointment, never called ahead for the animals like they said they would. They are extremely unprofessional. They told me something different every single time I called and every single technician that came out, every single supervisor and the manager over my account refused to let me speak to anyone else. She canceled my account and charged me the $280 on top of the $99 and said they wouldnt come out anymore even after charging me the $99 and not servicing my property. She was on an extreme power trip. In short, this company SUCKS. And we still had fleas.

I am not happy with the service, I feel the Sales Rep took advantage of new construction, told me lies about how easy it is to schedule an appointment. Now I’m lock into a year contract. In the beginning, we had ants really bad inside our home. I called to schedule the appointment. I had to wait weeks out for service, then customer service told me to take the ant bait up, when the technician got here I was told I should’ve left it down It has not been consistent throughout the service. Second I was told each time they come out they will treat the entire house that is incorrect They only do upfront not the rooms and Only treat for ants or spiders. They can’t do two things on the same day. I will say the technicians are very nice & understanding of my frustration every time they come out.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They are extremely misleading. The salesperson, Karisma, offered me what she called a “special,” allowing me to start the service at my current rental home and later transfer it to the new home I was in the process of purchasing. I clearly explained that I didn’t want to pay for my landlord’s property to be serviced since that wouldn’t benefit me, and she assured me that wouldn’t be a problem. She told me I could simply call to postpone or transfer the service once I moved. However, when I later called to postpone, I was met with pushback from customer service and told that postponing or rescheduling was not allowed. When I spoke with the account manager about the situation, she said she could offer me some type of courtesy due to the miscommunication. She explained that once I moved into my new home within the next month, they would come out and re-service the property at no additional cost. She presented it like she was giving me a special deal-she even put me on hold and came back with this so-called “discount” as if it were something exclusive. Come to find out, I was never going to be charged a re-servicing fee in the first place, because that’s already included in my contract. They are very misleading with their wording and promotions. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT book with them.

We have had this service for about 6 months now and it is the worst. It has not helped with any pests and I have to call every month to get the house resprayed. Our Sales rep Hunter was amazing and techs are friendly. Our last tech mentioned it's not good to spray the home if you have dogs and if that's the case what was the point of getting this service at all. Totally disappointed 😞

The company was coming door to door which I usually don't answer. For some reason I answered and their fast talking sales guy talked me into signing up for service. I should have done my homework first. The tech was "in the area" and came to provide service. They were supposed to treat for a small roach problem in the bathroom, ants in the yard, etc. They said to give it about two days. Two weeks later, still roaches in the bathroom, ants have multiplied. After talking with my wife who was watching them do the treatments, she said they never put the granules in the yard for the ants. Just sprayed up close to the house. After reviewing security, this is the case. Also they never sprayed inside the house which the sales person said they do. Called to close the service and of course had to pay the cancelation fee. My mistake for signing up. People were very pleasant on the phone, but didn't really seem to care. Hopefully this reaches at least one person so they don't get fooled. Update to review. Mira Home has stated they wish to discuss the matter further. But the fact is, they do not as I have reached out to them, as they asked, via email as I like to have facts in writing. So don't believe a word they say. Finally got an email from Mira. They offered to send a full time employee from their office instead of one of their seasonal employees to do the job that should have been done the first time. So they admit to using part time, non professional help to provide their service. As pointed out to them, I have zero trust in their company and am not going to babysit their employee to make sure they do their job. Requested a full refund for the early cancelation which they refused.

Soliciting more than twice at my home even with a silver no soliciting sign right on my door. The young man acted like a burglar scoping out my home asking my daughter and mother's caregiver questions about who's home and how many people live in the home. I was at work and missed that interaction, however his persistent behavior of being a pushy salesman I did catch him at my door the third time he came back. I work in facilities maintenance and have no need of outside services and explained this too him multiple times. He finally left when I told him I was going to call the sheriff because he's out selling without a permit and soliciting in a no soliciting neighborhood as well as it being marked on my door. I can't say this company is bad, but if this is the way they train their salesman I would never hire them.
