Luv-A-Lawn and Pest Control

EDIT: Luv a Lawn has reached out to me and has promised to make everything right. This is the level of customer service that we have come to expect. I’ve been a loyal customer of Luv a Lawn for over 3 years, but my recent experience has been incredibly frustrating. Earlier this year, I noticed a small brown patch on my lawn and promptly reported it. Despite my repeated follow-ups, it took over three months before a manager finally came out to inspect the issue. By that point, the small patch had grown into a 1,000 sq ft area of crabgrass, which they admitted they couldn’t treat. The manager initially offered to replace the sod, but the next day I received an email stating that because I had opted for their bimonthly treatment plan (which they initially recommended), they would not cover the sod replacement. This was a huge disappointment, as it seemed they were quick to offer a solution but then found a way to avoid taking responsibility. If you’re looking for reliable lawn care, do yourself a favor and choose a reputable company. Luv a Lawn’s poor customer service and lack of accountability have cost me both time and money. Save yourself the trouble!
