Company dropped quality since joining Luvalawn. Had grass damaged from fungus they blamed watering. We have a digital sprinkler system and proved it wasn’t lack of water. Didn’t replace the sod as expected now weeds of over grown the whole area. Stay away.

We’ve had an incredible experience with LawnWorx! Mike, the owner, is amazing—super attentive, responsive, and genuinely cares about the results. Our lawn has always been difficult to manage, but since LawnWorx started taking care of it, it’s completely turned around. The grass is healthier, greener, and easier to maintain. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and knowledgeable team to take your lawn to the next level!

I've been extremely satisfied with my experience and have even recently recommended Lawnworx to a friend. Kenny is a pleasure to work with. For someone living in an area prone to flooding, the mosquito treatment in particular has been a lifesaver. My lawn looks fantastic and I'm free to admire it without being eaten alive. There has definitely been a noticeable difference.

I highly recommend this company for all you're landscape needs. Brook is always very helpful and Mike had gone above and beyond to assist with any special requests. Mike is very knowledgeable and is always happy to answer any questions you may have.

The only thing that loves Lawnworx more than me is my yard! I have tried many other companies and have been disappointed with the results. Lawnworx has consistently exceeded my expectations and they deliver on the promises they have made with my yard. Brooke and Kenny are awesome to work with.

Do you think I would pay you to aerate my lawn when you can’t even control the weeds.

I hired Lawnworx in August 2023 to help improve grass growth and weed control. They have came 7 times for treatment and after the 7th time, I reached out to the company for two different reasons. One, they came out for treatment the following day after a rainstorm and left deep muddy tire tracks across the yard. Two, I have seen minimum improvement on weed control/grass growth. Their manager Kenny had came out the following day and did provide good customer service apologizing for tire marks, comped that service fee and even had some patches of sod placed on the damaged grass. When I inquired about the lack of improvement regarding grass growth/weed control, he stated that it is out of their control and that I needed to re-sod the entire yard AND that there was a shortage on their chemicals they use so they weren't using enough of them. First of all, this is the first time I heard about tearing up my yard to re-sod, why would they wait 7 times of treatment (and bill me for it) when I need new sod? And why were they charging me full price for service when they were skimping out of the chemicals to treat? I did express to them that I feel that it's not fair for me to pay for my 6th treatment due to "lack of chemicals", which Kenny did come back out again (I was out of town, he had left a voicemail)that there are some standing issues that are out of their control; but again, this is the first time I've heard of this. I have been unable to reach out to them due my personal/work life and since then, received a letter from collections. Overall, their customer service has been fair (Brooke who I speak with over the phone is great) but they need to do a better job on informing their customers of any issues they feel that is needed to be addressed before coming out to do pointless maintenance then billing you.

Not a good experience

After many years of multi companies finally have found a company that truly KNOWS their craft. The best company around for lawn and pest control. Thank you Mike & John!

Lawn is in a miserable condition, not sure what I’m paying for. Your new ownership and products are failing big time. To be clear, I’ve had lawnworx service since 2015. No issues throughout the years but when I moved, I paused it for a year or so, this is when the new ownership came along with products that, burn the lawn, barely green grass and excuses all day long. My neighbor’s lawn that has no service ever performed on it looks better than mine. I feel I’m paying for someone to destroy my lawn.

I started using LawnWorx earlier this year and my lawn has never looked better! I had bare spots, weeds, crabgrass, and everything else besides actual grass and after a couple of treatments from LawnWorx my yard is looking amazing. Highly recommend this locally owned company they will get your lawn looking right!

I hate to provide a negative review but want to keep others from experiencing what we have. Lawnworx treated our lawn for years and in the past few months we noticed more and more dead spots over time. Instead of them taking the time to review what might be occurring and mitigating the issue, they continued to “treat” and provide copy and pasted blanket statements until we no longer could take it. We are now being quoted tens of thousands of dollars by other companies to fix our yard which should have been properly managed by Lawnworx in the first place.

My wife and I have new construction (2021) and contacted them approximately 3 months ago due to multiple ant piles around the driveway and yard. They performed a pest control treatment, weed control, and aeration service. Our grass, which was already dying prior to them coming out, showed minor improvement. The ant problem got worse, as we then began finding them in the bedrooms, kitchen, and guest bathrooms. My wife contacted them to inform of the problem, and they said they would come out to treat it. A game of phone tag ensued, as we seemed to never be home when they came to treat the ant problem. They eventually came out and treated the problem, but the ants are back in full force as of February 18, 2022.

I hired these guys to treat my lawn in East Orlando since the HOA said I had bare spots. They agreed that the weed treatment should fill in my lawn. Somehow they stopped going and ignored my account. The HOA fined me $1000 for not tending to my lawn. I hired another outfit that seems to be doing better.

3 application agreement yes but chemical burnt our front lawn, beware!!!! instead making it great, ruined it and claiming it is our fault!!! very unprofessional company!!! how can you continue with this kind of business dealings???

If I could give them zero stars I would. They damaged and burned my lawn and would not own up to it. The manager first said he would take care of it and then turned around and took back what he promised. They are the only ones who spray my yard. I would run far away from this company and not use them. He kept coming up with a million excuses not to rectify what his company did to my lawn. My tree was even affected by the chemicals they sprayed on the lawn. Greg was trying to pass the buck and blame my neighbors because he did not want to pay to resod the area they damaged!! Poor customer service and professionalism. I'm filing a BBB complaint against them! **Reply**The pattern of the burned grass is consistent with the way the technician drives his machine on my lawn!!! I've seen him with my own eyes!! So your smug attitude (like others have commented on reviews) won't convince anyone. It's okay God doesnt like ugly. What you sow on Earth you will reap!!

Recently asked them to spot treat some pesky weeds in my yard. They killed the weeds alright, and most of my grass as well. I fired them.

I chose Lawn Worx based on the Google reviews and the convincing sales pitch. Looking closely at the reviews here, I'm not sure how reliable they are. "Worlie mccoy" who left a 5 star review a year ago actually works for the company. Who left all these glowing reviews wouldn't have mattered had they taken proper care of my lawn. My emails to Worlie, aka Skip would go unanswered. Most recently emailed about the condition of my lawn, got no response. Spend your money elsewhere!

tries to use pushover tactics to get business. Brags about how much business they have, yet harasses us by phone for at least 15 minute begging for business, even though we already told him that we get better and cheaper service elsewhere. Says negative things about other companies, which is not a good business practice, and is a detriment to them.
