I’ve had service from Florida Pest Control for over 30 years. Most of the time technicians just come and do their job, which is fine. But every once in a while, a technician arrives, does a great job but is really friendly, answers any questions, gives recommendations and seems to really care about what he’s doing. Matthew treated my house the last 2 times I’ve had quarterly service and he’s been awesome. I really appreciate the service. Thank you Matthew.

Kelly pest control expert and Joshua trainee arrived to exterminate cockroaches. I encountered a live one in our home. We discussed how to discourage the pests by keeping the house cooler. I left two dead ones where I spotted them. Joshua removed them. Kelly sprayed the entry paths, bathrooms, garage, and the perimeter of the house outdoors.They were both very polite and had a great sense of humor! A job well done!!!

We love when David, our pest control guy comes by to take care of our home. He is very personable and kind.When we first had them come out, David took care of the issues and we can’t thank him enough for keeping the little buggers out of the house. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and efficient company.

Had a gut feeling not to go with them. The rep persuaded me to use their services. I have now had to refund $6500 due to poor services from FL Pest Control. I was promised they would treat the inside AND outside of my property, according to the supervisor they are ASSUMING that the tech hasn’t been going inside to treat for my pest issues. No one really assured me the issue was going to be fixed. Supposedly the techs can’t see bugs, but every guest on my property has had a similar story and seeing them just fine. Not happy, and do NOT recommend. If I could leave no stars i absolutely would.

I’m disappointed with this service. My family has paid for their annual service for years and it’s been great with no issues. Recently we had a termite issue and it took three phone calls over the span of 3 days just to get an appointment scheduled another two days later. When someone finally came, we got a quote, and then a couple hours later another person was sent without knowing that someone already came. The whole process was just extremely frustrating, disorganized, and disappointing.

Absolutely be for warned about this company if you need exclusion done. I called them out for a possible rat problem. The ran about $50 worth of hardware cloth over my soffit where the screen was broke and charged me $1700 for the service. As you can see by the attached video they did not even bother to remove the screen with holes in it just played hardware clothe over it and stapled it to the wood. I called them about it saying how this was robbery but to no avail as I accepted the quote. I did and my bad I should not trust service people. Just because I am a good person who would feel bad overcharging someone well they are not. So beyond all of this they set a Rat trap have been by to check it three times and have not caught a single rat. I guess the real rat is the company owners who can care less about their clients. This job was worth $250 tops the way it was done. Stay away from this company.

Kelly came out on 6/9/2026 for our 365 pest free quarterly maintenance. He treated the perimeter of our home and window areas, he is always careful not to spray the windows. He always confirms the apmt the day before. He even texts me when he's on the way, so I can unlock the back gate and keep the dogs inside. Kelly is always so punctual, courteous, professional and kind. Thank you so much for keeping our home pest free!

Very satisfied with Florida pest control. Great service great pricing and phenomenal customer service. Samuel came on site today, and went above and beyond. Noticed holes and nests that formed over time in which I overlooked. He immediately took care of it and reassure that he would be able to eliminate it all.

I was dealing with Wilton Exterminating and was not getting the results I needed to get rid of the termites. Therefore I hired Florida Pest Control. Matthew did an excellent job. He worked really hard was very professional and I appreciated his attention to detail.
