We’ve had their services for years and they have been excellent. On the rare occasion insects have made it inside all I needed to do is call them and they came within days to fix the problem.

We have had the same rep, Craig for almost 20 years. Always keeps us updated on what's happening in our yard. We have a challenging yard, pretty much a reclaimed swamp, but Craig always knows what to do.

If you love green WEEDS, this is the company for you! After well over a year of service, even more weeds continue to thrive than when we first started service with Dr. Jacks. We installed 600 SF of new sod on a portion of our property with absolutely no weeds during their tenure. This should have been incredibly easy to maintain, yet a year later, it too is over-run with weeds. On many occasions, I reached out to discuss the service and our dissatisfaction with less than satisfactory responses, if any response. What prompted my review, however, is that after cancelling service in July, my yard has continued to be serviced. If you have a large yard and value your sod, this is NOT the company for you.

I was a customer for many many years. Chinch bugs recently took over our yard and I contacted them since this is included in our regular service. Instead of taking care of the issue, I got attitude from the woman taking my call, and was informed their chinch bug service would be an extra $100. Sorry, I'm not paying extra for a service I'm already paying for. Take your business elsewhere.

Not competitively priced. Received quote for service that is nearly double their competitor (how is that even possible when the same exact service was quoted) and I had to reach out twice for someone to come out and provide the absurd quote. Would not reccommend to my worst enemy...

I’ve had Dr jack service for 11/2 years, the result has been disastrous at best. My azaleas have aphids, grass mined with crabgrass and weeds. Tried to call them and they do not respond. By far the worst experience we have had. Be ware and do your due diligence.

Don’t waste your time with this company they do not answer the phone in the afternoon or weekends . They do not return phone calls. They are nasty and rude to you specially management by the name Dilly - They’re all in cahoots in this very small company that the pest control manager is also the listing clerk that puts the appointments and if he’s not there, you have to wait until he returns to make an appointment for SERVICES, this man’s name is DILLY and this is the worst company you can work with -if you want to be treated like you owe them something then go ahead and sign up if not, prepare yourself to call the Better Business Bureau Just like I did

Where did all those positive reviews come from? In this Hi Tech era it makes you wonder. I had the worst experience in over 20 years, they were never able to control my lawn weeds and now my lawn is almost completely gone to the point of having to re sod. What Jack has of a Doctor I have of a brain surgeon. "Learn from the mistakes of others, you can't live long enough to make them all yourself"

I had a great experience on their service until I tried to cancel. One of the front desk girls I dealt with had the most condescending attitudes about me not calling in to cancel. The guy who came to service was amazing and the owner but moving fwd on all my properties and the neighborhood groups I’m in I won’t recommend. It does not cost money to be a kind person.

Been paying for weed control since 2019. Wound up with a backyard 1/2 full of weeds and they told me there was nothing they could about it because there were too many weeds. I had my lawn guy kill everything with roundup and re-sodded in 2021. A year and a half later, this is what my yard looks like:

I have more weeds now. They did nothing but make my yard worse! Do not use this company lots of promises and then excuses when you expect them to perform. I hired you to remove/kill the weeds. You are our in my yard looking at the grass charging me for this service. Aren’t you supposed to see weed problems and bring that to my attention? That’s what I am paying you for isn’t it ? Now my yard is over run with weeds more than when I started and I’m supposed to let you know ? What am I paying you for exactly ? I did submit a concern your records are wrong. I emailed a concern to you on 9.21.21 with pictures.

Larry came today to treat the spider invasion we’ve been having for Several months. He said he sprayed and cleaned the spider webs and it was a lie. I came out to asked him to clean up the webs and sprayed but he didn’t. I am canceling services with Dr. Jacks because they are not treating the spider pest I had been having for months. They charge for services never rendered because there is many insects around home. I will not recommend this company. Service is horrible.
