My heros ...Late on a Sunday we noticed a huge mass of bees in and around our squirrel box in the tree . We were worried because of the huge amount and that someone or a pet could be attacked if the swarmed. Benito/James Bee Removal came to our side late that night. They handled the situation with ease and professionalism and experience. What is the cherry on the cake, the bees are not destroyed, but rehived. This company works with veterans groups, HIVES FOR HEROS. I would highly recommend this group. Thanks for a job well done and your caring for even the smallest of God's creatures.

Fast, professional and I can't thank them enough! I had a swarm from my neighbors branch that fell in my yard. I called and they were able to add me to the schedule the same day! Well, early evening since that is the best time for this. He said they were aggressive and go inside. Gladly! I watched them safely from the sliding door as they carefully and diligently removed the bees to rehome them safely. They covered the entire area and made sure they had the queen. He showed me and she was huge! They make the effort to do it right. Very considerate, as far as cleaning up the area and making sure they did everything they could. I called a few places with no response, or no availability. Even though they had a few more appointments, they fit me in day of call! I appreciated that! Call them. I very highly recommend!!!

Ben responded within a couple of day and removed a large bee hive from the inside panals of my porch. They removed them quickly and safely. He explained to me what to expect after the removal and if I continue to have bees, to call them again. They were very professional and courteous. Thank you.

Ben is absolutely amazing. I called him yesterday, he spent half an hour talking to me about what needed to be done. He was here first thing this morning, and he was able to remove the bees without doing any more damage. He explained everything to me about the whole process. He was professional, courteous and patient. I had lots of questions and he answered all of them. Finding bees have tunneled their way into the exterior of your home is very upsetting. Ben was the perfect person to assure me that it would all be taken care of and there was nothing to worry about in the future. Not just a great service but educational and entertaining as well. I would 100% recommend Benito. I only wish I had a bee suit so I could have stood closer while they removed everything. Plus it’s great that they donate and work with a great cause to re-home the bees.

Came home last night and caught/released eight honey bees in my kitchen, which was very unusual (hadn't seen any before that). The next morning, there was a swarm of them going in and out of my soffit. Called Benito & James and within a few hours they came out, sprayed repellant pheromones, and sealed up all the gaps in my soffit. No more honey bees since then! They didn't have to remove/relocate any, since the hive wasn't formed, but that would have been an option if needed. Plus he talked me through everything that was going on (including a little bee psychology, which was super interesting). All the work is guaranteed for three months, so no charge to come back out if the bees come back. Very reasonable price for the amount of work done, not to mention the knowledge I was given. Highly recommend them!

It’s ridiculous how this company advertises 24hrs but yet even when you finally get a hold of someone, they still don’t call you back and it’s been 4 days . I have left voicemails and text messages . Very unprofessional. I’m super shocked that they even HAD five stars. This poor review Could have been avoided they had the decency to call me back after my various attempts.

They did an amazing job at a property where I work. They safely captured the bees and handled the issue, extremely humane. Very friendly, and fun to talk to. Very educating! Would recommend these guys over anyone, any day!

I am a property manager for large communities and I had a SERIOUS infestation with 4 beehives in very close proximity of each other. These were some pretty aggresive african bees. Ben was extremelly helpful and nice, the service is a 10000/10. These guys know what they are doing. I needed these bees out because we were doing construction defect repairs outside and they came in and took care of everything in one day. They are great communicating, they explained everything and are very careful and nice. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone!

Benito and James were amazing. We had a hive that went from small to huge in a couple of months. On top of that, the hive was in a cinder block wall in the back yard. They were much better on the pricing for the removal. And most importantly,they save the bees! They both explained exactly what they were doing and didn't mind that i recorded their process. I'm terrified of bees, but they made me feel comfortable enough to get up as close as i did. Ben even held my phone to record up real close. They made sure to be through to save as many bees as possible and to keep other bees from wanting to come back. They literally sprayed bear urine in the wall!. What a fascinating experience.. i would highly recommend to anyone in need of removing a hive.
