Today was our first service with Beacon, and we are very impressed! Our service provider, Jacob, called to let us know he would arrive in about 15 minutes and he did. He wore booties in our home, answered all our questions (and there were many!), and explained what he was doing as he did it. He was professional, pleasant and patient. We have already requested to have him for all of our follow up services. We highly recommend Beacon and Jacob.

I contacted three different pest control companies to inspect my house for termites. The first was a no-show; the second just looked around a little and gave me a quote; but the third who was from Beacon went to the trouble to climb into the attic and do a thorough check to see if there was any current termite activity before giving me a quote for preventative treatment.

Taylor, the technician who came to my house, was extremely professional. He called to let me know how long he would be there and asked if I had any questions about the inspection process. I'm so sorry Ramon! I just spoke to Jacob about everything. What was weird is we put your appointment for Saturday as a reservice and our system always puts reservices as $0, for some reason, this time our pest control software put it at $100 and that's why the tech charged it. That was an error with our pest control software. We did reimburse you right away today. We really apologize! I will call you now and see how we can make this up to you. <br>

Hi Brian, I am really sorry you feel this way. As I explained to you in the email, the only reason I sent an email out to all of our customers asking for their help is because a previous business partner erased our entire google profile, all the 270+ reviews, all of the 10 years of online history was burned to the ground. It was devastating to say the least. Before reaching out to our customers, I tried for months to get it back and to get it restored, a miracle did happen and 160 of the reviews were restored but they couldn't restore the others, and they said the online history is just gone. That surprised me as I felt they would have a good protocol for something like this, especially because I was on that account as well being the CEO and founder of Beacon. But they said it was erased in a way that could not be restored. It is really difficult to ask for help, I am just so glad that I did! We have had an overwhelming response of kindness from our amazing and wonderful customers. This is a big step in helping recover what was lost. They are all a testament that beauty truly can come from the ashes.
The Peppermill community has a no solicitation policy, please refrain from door hanging in this neighborhood. Orange signs are posted at the entrances of the community. one of your sales people hung a $59 special pest service promo on my door while my front door was open, and when my dog barked at them, they ran away. They did not knock on my door or ring my door bell.
Awful company. Had them for a year and still experience tiny ants in home.
Beware of this company. They taped a piece of paper on my door claiming there are Cockroach and other insect problems in my neighborhood and offered a discount only for the next three days. Both typical tactics of scum bag companies. If they did a good job they would not have to use these tactics to get business. I have no insect problems or do my neighbors. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
during our first call mentioned nothing about a cancellation fee. of course when we finally called around and found someone cheaper with a longer guarantee of protection suddenly we had to pay a cancellation fee. HAH what a joke. not gonna happen. shoulda probably mentioned a cancellation fee prior or during the booking process .
This company is horrible. They did a poor job and are difficult to deal with. PS. Stop leaving your flyers on everyone's door in my neighborhood.
