Unfortunately, I called to request pest control service, and they told me they didn't speak Spanish, only English.

This is simply not true. We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but the information in this review is inaccurate. We do have Spanish-speaking staff available to assist our customers. In addition, our technicians have access to translation technology that allows us to communicate with customers in multiple languages while at their homes.<br><br>It’s possible there was a misunderstanding or that the appropriate team member was unavailable when you called. Had a great experience. My tech, keith was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure that my concerns were addressed. All American Pest Control is a stellar company. My calls are always returned in a timely fashion. No company has ever paid as much attention to detail as they have. In addition to treating for pests, Keith swept down cobwebs, and the assorted nests that are so common in Florida. I was impressed with the time and energy he gave to this secondary task. I would most definitely call on this company in the future. Keith thank you for a outstanding experience.
