Andre explain clearly to me the problems I have with my broken sprinkle system and what needs to be updated. Corrected the direction of all the sprinkles heads. Did an excellent job repairing it and avoiding future accidents. Also suggested some updates to my landscape that I accepted and consider corrects suggestions. I thank him for a very well job done.

We have heat concerns that exceeded record breaking temperatures and many homeowners and businesses are reaching out to us regarding issues with their sod, irrigation and flowers. Rain season is very enigmatic and challenges are rising more frequently than ever before due to the misinformation surrounding homeowners and businesses both. Andre and his wife are very polite and the final work with our irrigation system, sprinklers, drainage, etc looks very professional and with a reasonable price. The only issue would be having constant rescheduling due to different situations. Both of our projects with Andre took longer than expected, but it was worth the patience. I have recommended their services to our neighbors.

My wife and I were in a bad situation with our new home. The previous owners neglected the lawn so bad, it was nonexistent, and the sandiest soil Florida can offer. I consulted with Andre from Affordable Landscape about our situation with the last bit of hope I had with restoring our destroyed front and back yard. Andre swung by the very next day to take a look at the situation we were having and made what we thought was impossible to do, not only very possible, but he had it down to a science. Him and his wife were very reassuring that the newly installed sod was going to stick and were very confident that it WILL work. We were approached by several other companies that just did not pay any attention to detail. Andre would follow up periodically to assure his work was flourishing and that my wife and I were satisfied. Andre really goes above and beyond, then pushes it even more. He’s very proud of his craft and it shows. While the other companies that approached us just wanted the job done without any guarantee or guidance, Andre and his wife treated us like family and continue to do so. I highly recommend you give them a try. You will not regret it.

The first mow was also crucial regarding the height, moisture, precipitation and evaporation rates. It was an extremely difficult task and we all succeeded!

We hired Affordable Landscaping for a project that was supposed to be wrapped up over the summer, but it dragged on from June all the way until November. Six months for a fairly straightforward job is just not reasonable. We had our irrigation fixed, new sod laid, and rock put in. Communication was inconsistent, deadlines were not met, multiple excuses were made, and there were long stretches where no work was done with little explanation. Some days Andre would do work to our yard in the evening for 1-2 hours and not return till days later. In the beginning we felt ecstatic about starting this project with Andre and quickly built trust in him and his wife. But the trust we had in them quickly went away halfway through this project. Communication slowly diminished. And there are still areas in our yard Andre said he would be back to finish but never returned. We continued to do business with Affordable Landscaping with monthly maintenance but the maintenance to our yard was so inconsistent that we ended up mostly completing the lawn maintenance ourselves. The last communication we had with this business we were told Andre would be on his way for lawn maintenance then the next message was he needed to reschedule and we never heard from them since. To be fair, the final result looks good and Andre is very educated in his line of work. However, the excessive delays and lack of clear scheduling and communication made the whole experience frustrating and stressful in doing business with them. If timelines matter to you, I’d recommend getting VERY CLEAR COMMITMENTS in writing—or looking elsewhere.

I give God all the Glory for encountering you and your wife Casie as this project built character and integrity within our business model. we face many challenges and wanted to share with others who provide services in the Landscape and horticulture industry especially during hurricane seasons and or holidays. It’s important to focus on time management and structure, especially if you work for yourself and everyone depends on you to execute timely and keep them happy. This project consisted of a full rock insulation, including drainage, weed fabric modification of the irrigation system entirely installing new controller and rain sensor, repairing the backflow installing a new backflow treating the soil for grubs and pests, which is why we achieve such great success and installing beautiful Zoysia sod and Bahiagrass to front/side and backyard. we factored the entire project in for a flat rate which highly benefited our customers through Central Florida and that will never change. We also extended every single discount without marking any materials up or labor so that we can meet their $8000 budget/threshold and they were extremely pleased. They were very patient throughout the process as we’ve rescheduled on many occasions and I take full responsibility and I’m not blaming that on hurricane season holidays or any challenges. I’ve learned from this project I’ve embraced this process and I just give God all the glory that the Sod took and is absolutely healthy and beautiful and everything is great. We did take the time to extend our apologies and offer these wonderful homeowners two months of free services for maintenance and fertilization and everything included into our program and a designed flower bed paid by us. The homeowners declined and they respect the fact that we embrace them embrace their review and they wished us nothing but the best thank you Justin and Casie and we appreciate you.

Was looking forward to working with them, but with our first appointment they had an emergency so we had to reschedule. That’s okay, it happens, but with the second appointment, they didn’t show up again and haven’t communicated anything with me at all. Feels very unprofessional.

Andre came out and was truthful and honest with me regarding what I needed to have done and gave me a competitive quote also for lawn services. I have not been disappointed so far and the outline of my landscaping beds have never looked cleaner!

They start out talking a good story, but then fail to deliver. We have received numerous complaints from neighbors in Celebration about how bad our yard looks, and today receive a notice of violation from the CROA because of this company’s failure to take proper care of our landscaping. I do not recommend.

We needed a design and recommendation for our flower bed in the front of the house. We contacted local landscape business and selected Affordable Landscape Lighting and Irrigation, LLC for the project. They visited the property, reviewed the site and provided us with a schematic , while we were not even in town. Once we approved the design a price quote was given /approved. They gave us the name of a local nursery to go/see the plants Andre is a pleasant person, he has passion for what he is doing and brings excellent knowledge about plants, and landscaping etc. We are pleased what he had done, based on our experience we highly recommend them for landscaping.

I asked him to inspect my sprinkler system he he took such great pride in his work that I referred them to other friends of mine. He has great pricing and most of all, it's his pride he has in his field of Landscaping art.. I don't always referral businesses unless I know they do great work.
