When I realized I did not have termite protection and a bond on my home, I contacted four companies to meet with me and give me bids. Nestor, the sales person from ABC walked my property and explained what he thought would be the best course of action. My property used to be an orange grove so I know there are plenty of old tree roots around in addition to the root remnants of four massive oak trees that were cut down after hurrican damage. He sent me a very extensive printout of what ABC does to protect and monitor my property and included a copy of the proposed contract. I decided to have ABC commence the work. Tyler drilled around my slab to insert the chemical barrier and also put in bait traps to monitor any activity. Once the chemical had been introduced he patched the holes which were less the 3/4" in diameter. There was a little hiccup when a wateer line was accidentally cut but it was fixed and without any additional expense to me. I can honestly say that the work done around and in my home is exceptional and Tyler and his supervisor Juan (I think that is his name) were professional and friendly keeping me advised of their progress. ABC was the least expense company but they were not the most expensive either. I appreciate the mechanism they have for monitoring my property and the way it is explained in the cntract. I can recommend ABC without any reservations.

The technicians came back to seal up the hole in our soffit to keep out rodents. They worked together to make the repair as invisible as possible. The cost of this repair was covered in the yearly rodent maintenance contract price. We have used ABC since we bought our house in 1989. Their technicians have always given us professional and competent service: insect, rodent, and termite prevention.

We are very happy with all aspects of our service from ABC. Even with a persistent problem, our technician has been patient and determined to find a solution...which he did. We have experienced communication issues with the office at times but our home service is usually quick and very thorough. I highly recommend this company. The technician goes above and beyond every time!!

Really great experience with ABC. Very professional, quick to send someone out and they did an awesome job. It's refreshing to deal with a pest control service that doesn't try to scare you into products and services you don't need! Very glad we decided to go with them, highly recommend. Edit 2025: At the last service I had with ABC, the technician let me know that the techs are now also sales people for the company and he wanted to do an inspection while he was there in addition to our typical spray. This was the exact thing I was trying to avoid, very disappointed.

Company not concerned about customer experience, delivering on promises or customer satisfaction. What a saga! We had a rodent problem and contracted with ABC to resolve it in February (pay up front and they guarantee it for a year). They set up the first 3 appointments and after that there was no one managing my case. I had to call FIFTEEN times to schedule them to come out over the course of 5 months. They finally made me cut a hole in my ceiling because they couldn’t figure out where they were coming from (the hole was unnecessary, you couldn’t see anything). I finally hired my neighbors 70 year old handy man who went up into my attic, figured out where they were coming from within 10 minutes, sealed it off and took all the remaining rats out over the course of a week and I never had an issue after that. When I contacted ABC to ask for them for a partial refund, the supervisor came out and was genuinely appalled and sorry about my experience, however after he relayed the information and the owner (or someone named Dylan from their headquarters in Dallas) called me and apologized for their inefficiencies in dealing with my issue but then said that they had already lost money on sending techs to my house (obviously because of their inefficiencies…) and denied my request for them to refund only the amount that I had to pay the handy man to actually solve the problem and patch up my ceiling they made me cut open (the amount was less than what I paid them), but then offered me two free pest applications (which I do not want or need). Everyone I have ever spoken to at the company has been incredibly kind and pleasant throughout, however when I gave them the chance to make this situation right they chose not to.

We have had an issue with rodents in our home for the past seven months. It seemed like ABC offered a good service initially, since they come back to the home until the pests are gone. However, our pest control problem still continues, and many of the rodents caught were caught by the residents of the home with traps we set up ourselves when the pests reappeared. Also, we have discovered many openings where the rodents were able to get into the house, and the sealed entryways were not sealed properly by the company allowing the rodents to continue to get into our house. Unfortunately, we do not recommend ABC's services.

I’ve had the same issue since the beginning when they said it would be resolved. It’s taken 1 year for every single employee to tell me the same thing but nothing changes. Only one week is good then I have the same problem. I wouldn’t recommend if you need help with any pest issues. They can only seem to get it temporarily and the headache becomes worst with these people. I just wish they kept their word about helping get rid of rodents. I’m very disappointed with their services only because I don’t see results that they state. I’ve done a better job at attempting to do it myself more than anything, so I should just save my time and money if you’re considering this company. Do NOT consider them.

Paid for their service to remove rats and we still have rats after 7 months. They do not know how to eliminate rats from your home.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE !! They over sprayed my microwave and dishwasher and permanently stained them.

This company has billed me 75 dollars for a service that I never agreed to and performed when I wasn't home. I've called them 4 times and spoken to 4 separate people. Each and every time, I was told they'd relay the info to a manager. However, I keep getting bills. Very frustrating and I'm at the point where I want to pay them as they've wasted hours of my life.
