They came out for us last minute when we urgently needed an inspection and were incredibly responsive, professional, and kind during a very stressful situation. Dennis was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what he was seeing and why it mattered. Karla was equally helpful and supportive, and together they made the entire process feel calm and organized despite the urgency of the circumstances. They walked me through every observation and they explained the ‘why’ behind their observations. I asked many questions and got detailed answers along with insights from their lengthy years of experience. Dennis and Karla were wonderful! They were fast and incredibly knowledgeable! We called them the night before and they were there the next morning. A+ service and even loved on our dogs! Will 100% recommend them to all of our family and friends!

Horrible experience. These inspectors were nothing short of unprofessional and outright negligent. They inspected our house and when we came in after they took 3 HOURS to complete (told us it would take 1.5, and every realtor we have talked to since has said that is completely unacceptable and that they have never heard of an inspection taking that long, even houses that are falling apart) everything was disheveled. Lights were left on all over the house, cabinets were left open, some sort of spray or something was all over our furniture, patio and interior furniture was pushed all around and not replaced. They turned off the regular pool timer and left it running nonstop. But the worst is that they left every door and window unlocked, which they did not mention to us and we were literally sleeping in our home for two full days before we realized this, and anyone could have come in. We left our teen children and pets home alone, not knowing this. It’s criminal. On top of all of that, they turned our AC down to 61 upstairs and did not turn back up, which we also were unaware of, because our master suite is downstairs. Not only did this cost us a ton of money for these 2 days, but it also caused our pipes to freeze and could have flooded our home. He also left our patio sliding doors slightly open so our AC downstairs was cooling the patio, which cost us additional money. Unbelievably unprofessional and negligent. We will be contacting our attorney about damages. We additionally witnessed the man ask the buyers on our home - who were here for the inspection - to hold the ladder for him as he went up to look at the roof, which is obviously not their job and is dangerous, and could have resulted in him falling on our property. Especially ridiculous given that his wife colleague was there and could/should have assisted him. Homes should be left in the state they were found when inspectors come in. Ours was in a state of disarray and chaos. He berated us for having cameras in our own house (which we use to monitor our dogs when we are gone), I assume because he didn’t like that he might be recorded. If someone is doing a professional job, it shouldn’t matter if there are cameras or not. Places of business have cameras and those don’t get turned off while jobs like this are done, so this is no different. Frankly, I am glad we have the inside and outside cameras now, because we have proof of what was done to our home. We fully believe he was out to be vindictive on our inspection because of the cameras and because he didn’t like that we questioned why he had other people in our home unattended (we did not know who the buyers were at the time). Just terrible. Would not recommend to anyone.

We originally had another company scheduled to inspect the property we planned on purchasing . However, unbeknownst to me, the original inspector cancelled and my wife hired Dennis based on his Google reviews. Dennis and his wife seem like nice people, warm and friendly. But he seems lacking in detail and meticulousness when it comes to what should be most instrumental in his job - inspecting homes. I partly blame myself as I could not be there during the whole length of the inspection due to my work obligations. When I initially arrived, Dennis mistook me for a contractor which gave me some more insight on how he operates. He was basically there to fill in the check boxes on his handwritten form, an occasional illegible detail is added to the side. Everything I was given was handwritten ,with far less detail and harder to decipher than the computerized/detailed inspections I've been accustomed to. He fills in these check boxes at a very fast pace, without much attention to detail Dennis is very good at observing the superficial, basically the issues that don't necessitate a trained ey. He was able to note the garage opener as non operational, broken disposal and broken door hinges by the pool. Some home inspection essentials were completely missed - he did not run the upstairs bathroom sink and toilet (which revealed a leak downstairs after I ran it), he did not look in the attic ( which was full of animal feces due to a squirrel infestation), he missed the moldy wall in one of the bathrooms which was glaringly obvious. The list goes on...he was more interested in telling me some anecdotes and showing me his list of preferred contractors as he knew I needed some work done in the house . In summary, if you are looking for a good home inspector, best to ask your realtor or friends/family. This is certainly one thing you would not want to Google.
