Ashley and Joe are great, they do a fabulous job. I just switched from a larger company that kept sending different technicians and always having issues with not showing up for scheduled services. Joe is fabulous and ALWAYS shows up when scheduled and does a far superior job to the other companies I have tried. The difference in his products is also immediately noticeable and must be far superior to others and I was able to quickly see the results in my yard.

We had a horrible German roach problem in our office. Came in the morning after the service to see dead bugs! This company was friendly and professional from first contact with the office staff, owner, and the guy who came out for the service. They explained what I needed and made sure my expectations were realistic. Local family owned business. Thank you Joe, Kyle,& Sherrie!

Kyle was the one that did the service. Very professional and on time each time 3 times of service. Very friendly and he takes pride in his job. We had a very bad investation. I tried every thing even pasties on line products and nothing worked. Called another company that came out and said they would email me a quote said it would be over $400.00 for first visit. They also said I had to do a year contract. Thay never sent the email. But after he left I was not impressed. So I called A&J Pest control. The lady I talked to explained what thay would do and price for the job. Now that they are done the price at the end is exactly what she said. And not one the did they say I had to do a contract. Not one time did they cancel or not show up or was late. They are a family owned and I like that so thay have more respect for you and your time. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your time with other companies unless you want to be not happy or stuck in a contract and no shows. So if you want the best call A&J.

Awesome company and excellent, professional service. We had an initial treatment done for a termite problem in our barn/tack room and ended up doing a bond with them. About 5 months later, we got attacked by thousands of swarming termites when they came up out of the ground for their spring swarm. They ended up everywhere, it was raining termites. I called them and left them a message late at night. They called me back when they opened the next day first thing. I sent them videos and pictures, and they thought it was necessary to come take a look which was what we were hoping. Joe the owner, made it a point to come out that day even though he was out of town on a call, and ended up staying until 830 pm on a Friday. He didn't need to, but he ended up doing some extra treatments around our building. Could not be more pleased with the responsiveness and care of treatment. He really stands behind his service, cares, and is a real stand up genuine guy. Cannot recommend this company enough, this is how they all should be run!
