The office need to keep the same time for the for the customer when they set the time not change the time. The office needs to notify their employees. They keep the time as well. They all need to be on the same book. Same page. This falls back on the office communication past week color.

Technician James decided not to continue to spray spider heavy areas of concern. Said McMall wanted to triple my monthly rate because of 6 extra calls to the house through the year to handle that extra 15-20 minutes of work. Of course I cancelled. Only took a couple hours to find a reasonable pest control willing to take care of the dock area with the proper spray for water areas.

We had this company come out for a complimentary consultation and inspection to identify the source of a foul odor emanating from a deceased animal beneath our home. The dispatched technician, John, observed accumulated flies within the residence and incorrectly attributed them to rodent feces, diagnosing a rat infestation. His inspection revealed a deceased rodent and resulting damage, for which he proposed extensive remediation costing over $10,000. Seeking a second opinion, we discovered the issue stemmed from a single deceased rodent requiring localized treatment and repair, totaling $300. We are pleased with the significant cost savings realized through obtaining another assessment.

On 6/28/24 I hired McCall Service to trap any remaining rats, remove smelly old insulation, sanitize and replace with new insulation. They showed me pictures that showed the job was done. I signed off. On 8/02/24 my handyman was putting some stuff in the attic for me. When he came down he said there was rat droppings and no insulation over the garage. There is no barrier between the garage and house. I called Brad that day. He came out on 8/13/24. He told me that the job was not completed, and they would make it right, which they did today. My problem is that if it wasn’t discovered by me, it would have stayed incomplete.

I have had many pest companies over the years and this is by far the worst!! Do not fall for this service, they do nothing and fix no problem. Spend your money on a better service for your lawn and pest.

Worst experience ever!! Management is horrible. Billing made me pay for invoices I shouldn’t have and their product is no good. Much better priced with other local services.

If you’d like to schedule an appointment (2hr block time) to receive a call 30 minutes before your appointment window ends and be told that your technician is 1:30hr away and overbooked - this company is for you.

Please dont call McCall.😥. We have had them for years and always had to watch to ensure the were doing what they were paid to do. My husband had to report them a number of times. Well, he passed and I am in a different house and for the past 2-3 years, I have literally watched them on camera do nothing! I witnessed the same for the neighbor accross the street. My yard looks awful! I am so upset. When I called to report, the little manager didnt want to believe me. He should have literally come out to look at my lawn. Instead, he wanted to see my video footage. I set up a time for review and he admitted, bad job. The guy barely sprayed, walked partial walk around back only. Poor, poor, VERY poor service. So dissappointed. And then the manager had the falsely promised they will reschedule another visit. Well, it should have been the very next day . . . It didnt happen. Please Dont Call McCall. I have been using McCall for about 6 years. Shortly after we made the investment to re-sod our entire lawn. We wanted to make sure we took care of our new law so we hired McCall. Every year our lawn is getting worse and worse and I have complained but there where no improvements. We are at the point that we have to re-sod our front lawn. If you ask me when you pay for a service you should get The benefits of what you are paying for. You shouldn’t have to call them up and tell them you have weeds you shouldn’t have and your grass is dying when it shouldn’t be. They should see how it is when they come out to spray, report the issue, and do what needs to be done to fix it. Not let it get worse every year. It’s my mistake I kept giving them chances to make it right and took so long to fire them. Very disappointed in how much money we waisted on them.

I will not recommend this pest control company to anyone..... At first everything was fine talked to a very nice lady on the phone set up service paid the first fee told her everything I needed and she reassured me of what all little buggies it would take care of but then when the man came out to spray he wanted an extra $120 I very dislike hidden fees or someone trying to get over on people
