We had our home inspected. Andres Briceno did a wonderful job of contacting me the day before to let me know when he would show up the next day. He texted when he was on his way. He showed up on time. He was very polite, very knowledgeable. He showed me pictures of what he found. He explained their plan of action describing exactly what needed to be done. Immediately, the work began for securing our entire house to be sealed up so that no animals could get under or in our house. Dylan and Dakot

We noticed some roaches in our house back in Oct 2025, so we called Florida Pest control to have someone come out. We talked to a person named Kyle. He said that we have asian roaches which are outside roaches and occasionally a few would get into the house. The spray tech showed up to spray for the first time. We saved a roach and he confirmed they were Asian roaches. Spraying the outside yard for roaches would eliminate the roaches. So we had them spray for six months @about 65.00 per treatmen

I would give a Zero if that was an option! I scheduled service for dealing with Bees. After numerous calls to finally have a technician arrive, he was completely unprepared and showed up 7 hours after the time frame I was given. 3 days and 2 phone calls later, they still haven’t responded to schedule the service! Don’t waste time with their broken systems and lack of any urgency for customer service! UPDATE: three days and 2 calls by me later, still no response! Update: 4 days later still no ret
