We have had many times now that they have not showed up when they where scheduled to come, I called multiple times they have told us that there was somebody that’s no longer working in our area and they’re trying to find somebody else but due to us being in the contract we should have somebody here! I set up an appointment for March 2,2024 between 8am-10am. The technician was dispatched Friday March 1st,2024. I wasn't home due to me working and the technician left a note on my door stating to reschedule. I don't understand why a technician was sent out on a different day then the set appointment day.
