Worst pest company how hard is it to tell a customer when they are coming out for service ? Three calls to ask when they were coming and three different answers - Ron Butson and Riley awful to deal with - ask a question and you dont get a straight answer- this is pest control not brain surgery - Had many pest control companies across the country this is the WORST. When I called to cancel all of a sudden they could have someone out today ? really ? Update I was told I would receive a refund

I had this service for seven years. The first five years were Excellent. Each semiannual service included a detailed report of each trap that was active and each trap that had the bait replaced. During the last two years, the detailed reports stopped. I had no idea of active traps and no knowledge of bait replacements. Two complaints to the Manager. I received his assurance of corrective action and notes were added to the account of my needed paper report of active traps and bait replacements. I
