Driver ran me off the road on 19 between old Town and fanning springs fl. Tried calling and giving a complaint over the phone to be hung up on twice so now I'm putting it here for everyone to see the crap driver orkin hires. I've already contacted corporate waiting for a call back. Call the number I was given went to an automated service instead of the owner had to deal with it not knowing what I was talking about before it finally connected me then got switched to a person who knew nothing. Tech came out did the service and left! He said he wild come back and leave sticky traps for roaches and large ants in my garage the next day, never came back. Called twice asked to speak to the manager Ryan, the Ocala store! No call backs. Tech was on his way for my next service I told them to cancel and have Ryan the store manager call. No response. Absolutely Horrible Customer Service. Deceitful and deceptive technician. Asked repeatedly to speak to a manager at local branch to submit complaint and photographic evidence of the deceptive and deceitful tactics of the technician and still have not heard from them.
