Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

This company has a terrible policy for refunds!!! I recently submitted a payment for $104, yet due to some “glitch”, they took this payment from my bank account ten times!! I was not initially told this would take 7-10 business days, was informed of this on 3/9 after a payment submitted on 3/5, withdrawn from my acct on 3/6. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. I called them thinking I may have rats in the attic last year. I paid them over $1000, they laid traps and then I never heard from them again. They were suppose to come weekly at first to check them or until it was resolved and never showed up. I reached out to them for a refund since no work had been done, and heard no response. It is honestly a good company in the sense that everyone is nice and after MANY calls, weeks of waiting for the manager to call back, and time wasted on the phone, they will try and make an effort to help.
