If you don't want the hassle and to lose your money, don't hire Terminix. This company is a joke, or maybe they're just really clever, because they don't deliver on their promises and yet they collect their fees efficiently. I was sold in 2020 a termite preventive plan that included a guarantee for tenting if termites were found in multiple areas of my home and spot treatment was no longer effective. They inspected my home in October as part of the annual inspection. The inspector stated tenting is recommended. I said ok my plan should cover.
