Jean-loui and Raul were amazing! They were incredibly helpful, professional, and very easy to communicate with. The team was also very kind and friendly, which made the whole experience much less stressful. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and handled the situation with great care. Great group of individuals very into what they do that it’s truly appreciated. We had been dealing with several bugs throughout our home and we were referred to Mega Bee and from beginning to end, it has been a great experience. Very educated and professional team. They walked us through what we were dealing with and elaborated on the next steps. We enrolled in their year round pest program since we live in Miami and encounter ants and roaches from time to time. I had been dealing with roaches in my car for such a long time. I tried everything you possibly could and honestly wanted to drive my car into a ditch before I found mega bee. The roaches were so out of control it was so embarrassing to take people into my car. If you had an open drink they would literally swarm it like something out of a horror movie. It’s been a couple of weeks now and I haven’t seen any! I’m so happy I can finally get in my car and not have to worry about this anyone. They were super super friendly and talked me through everything. I would 100000% recommend them to anyone that has this problem! I’m so so happy that roachpocalyspe is finally over.

Knowledgeable, careful and a pleasure to work with!!! We had a large hive growing in our back yard. We were slow to remove as we did not want to kill the bees….. so glad we found Mega Bee Rescue. They did a great job, took lots of care in the process and we hope the bees will be happy in their new home.

I am very happy with Mega bee pest control, I use them few months now, they are fast and reliable. Best part of there team is Ben who is the technician for my area. He is very knowledgeable of what he is doing, very professional, always on time and he even clean after the job is done ! I had termites and Roches problem at home but thanks to Ben everything is under control now.

I’m so glad I found Mega Bee. They came out earlier this week and Ben gave me an estimate to address the beehive situation. Ben was great knowledgeable and helped me broker this service which had the beehive under my neighbors deck, but the entryway was on my side of the yard. Throughout the process, the company was very responsive via text with appointments follow ups and scheduling. Jean showed up in a Saturday and addressed the issue at hand. Considering it was Saturday at 5 PM he took his time and explained to my kids all about the bees. You can tell Jean is passionate about his craft. I was so impressed with the level of service by this company that I ended up signing up for their maintenance plan. Thanks for taking the time with my kids. Your time today at my home left a great impression on them about the bees.

Jean was helpful, kind and reliable. Bee hive was removed same day, reasonable rate and my kids loved the step by step explanations of the process. My son ran to get his ‘book of bees’ to share his learned info. Positive experience all around.

MegaBee and Arlene Naranjo are terrific. We had a honeybee hive in our bougainvillea but wanted to preserve the bees. MegaBee provides relocation service to their facilities! We scheduled an appointment and Arlene arrived on time. She cheerfully explained the process and set about capturing the hive. We are very impressed by her skill and knowledge of bees in general as well. As this IS South Florida, I expect we will see more bees, or wasps, etc., when we do we will call on MegaBee, Beekeepers & Pest Control Experts!
