New era is super reliable . I can text them with any issue and they help me get rid of the issue asap. We’ve been using them for so long they are like family.

Since I started using New Era Natural Pest Control I have not seen a single living insect or bug inside the house. And they have drastically been reduced outside as well. Added benefit that they use natural and safe products. No harm to kids…my tortoise…and many other pets that I’ve had since I’ve been using them. Monty called me back to tell me his company doesn't capture wildlife from attics; but he then spent the next hour and half helping me figure out how it might have got in and where the best place to set up a trap would be.Monty didn't have to so any of that, but he did and gave me the confidence to handle it myself.
