It’s been amazing to have Mosquito Joe service our property, I have seen SUCH a difference in the mosquitos. So happy to finally be able to use our backyard bug-free! Update: After almost one year of service, ANDREW continues to be the best tech ever. We know there is nothing to worry about when he comes to treat the property for mosquitos!! So grateful!! We had a misting system installed at our home and it is absolutely fantastic! Mosquito Joe is an Amazing Company. True Customer Service with exceptional staff from the initial consultation with the office, that thoroughly explained everything, as well as answered all my questions, to Marcus the tech that goes Above & Beyond to explain the service, evaluated our property & addressed all my concerns, to then perform the spraying. Our technician Jeffrey was amazing. He checked the entire exterior for any signs of mosquito problems, took care of what he saw and advised me of the issue, even sending me pictures so I could see. He is professional, thorough and polite. I hope he continues to be our mosquito man 😊

Tried Mosquito Joe twice and was not impressed. I felt we had more mosquitos after than before.

Received their one time event spray for my son's 4th birthday party. I was told that results could last up to a month. A Technician came the day before the party and sprayed something all over my yard. The day of the party I still went through my typical process of lighting citronella torches around my patio, using a raid fogger through the bushes and grass and spraying the yard with a mosquito repellent that you attach to a hose. I didn't notice any difference in the amount of mosquitoes the day of the party. We still had to lather the kids and mosquito repellent. When I called to complain they stated that their one time event spray is just that, a 1 time spray. There are no guarantees (Despite their sales pitch which said we could see relief from mosquitoes for up to a month!) A true waste of $200. Don't bother.

We saw a truck in our community (homestead) for Mosquitoe Joe. So we decided to give them a call. It was a base rate of 65 ( Even though they have a promotion for first application being 39.95) with an additional 10 dollars for fleas and ticks. So here is how the break down went. We were infromed three things 1. This isn't a miracle cure. There would still be mosquitoes but less of them over time. Depending on weather. 2. It could take up to 6 weeks to see complete elimination. 3. There would be a reduction at first because the repellent kills anything that is in the grass and foliage, but then there would be an increase about a week later because the application gets weaker over time and it's rainy, but at three weeks they re-apply.. (THIS is why the one star applies.) 24 hours. That's how long you truly get. They came FRIDAY afternoon to apply. By SUNDAY morning the mosquitoes were back with a vengeance and no amount of repellent could keep them away. My sons which normally receive 3 maybe 4 bites repellent were being swarmed and I being 36 WEEKS pregnant was using Raid to keep the mosquitoes OUT OF MY HOUSE. a feat, these little pests never would have done before. So. I did what the lady who sold me the service told me to do. I called asking for a re-spray and re-evulation. Because my cameras caught the tech missing a few places and I figured maybe the little buggers were using that as a hideaway. Thus. I met Norma Carrion. The only person on this planet who has apparently NEVER dealt with a pregnant woman that has FIFTEEN mosquitoe bites one conveniently on the upper corner of her behind and cannot reach without the help of a doorway. This is already on top of the induced itchy frenzy that pregnancy brings. She wouldn't do the respray. Called me hysterical, hung up on my husband, and proceeded to say that "this isn't the business for my family." Mind you. MIND YOU. She had zero issues with cold calling a pitch for service that would expedite the process of removal for the pests. I just wanted my one week free of mosquitoes to enjoy my backyard. For 75 dollars every three weeks it's not worth it. Not even close especially when you spend two of them battling out the stupid pests until some relief comes. Then you get maybe a day of relief. We will be using this review, the confirmation and the recorded conversation to dispute with our bank. We are also sharing our story with the community committee program. Good luck getting service from anyone in here again.

Did not do what they promised when you first call. And the mosquitoes were definitely NOT controlled!!! Whatever you do, get it in writing before you commit to their service that way they would be obliged to do what they promised to do on the phone!!!
