I have given ample opportunities for Orchid to improve their services and still they disappoint. I have to physically follow behind the tech and show him how to do his job. If I don’t, he skips over areas and sometimes entire rooms. I tried to let him do his job in my yard and when I walked out he was carelessly shaking granules and did not want to spray. When I asked again he finally sprayed. I do not understand why people do not want to do their job, but I will not continue my plan with them a
