Matthew, the owner is a very honest man, I requested quotations from differents companies, who advise me to set the tent, prices were ranging from $2,800.oo to $4,900.oo. Finally, Matthew after a throughly inspección inside the roof of the house, and the garage explained to me that I did have termites but were localized only in the garage. His quotation was the lowest and the most honest one. Finally, an honest man a rare breed. THANK YOU MATTHEW

Did a service with them last year and the service itself was good. I did the tentless option and haven't seen any activity since then. Had a little issue when I contacted them to renew the warranty and they sent me an invoice with a different amount than the one that was agreed but they were able to resolve and kept the price originally agreed.

We got one quote in December with a very nice guy. He told us to call when we were ready and that they would be able to come the same day or the next day since we were about to remove our termite infested cabinets. When I called the office to see if he could come back to treat the open walls, the secretary said they were to busy and they have never been able to go back the same day or next day. Unfortunately they lost our potential business and we had to call ACTIVE pest solution, which resolved our problem the next day!!! Active pest solution drove from north Miami to cutler bay just to treat our home :) Termite Guys could not even drive down the street to treat my home :/

That’s definitely not the impression we want to leave.<br><br>When you initially received your quote in December, that timing does make a difference during the winter months we typically have much more availability since it’s not peak termite season. However, during termite season, like now, we experience a very high volume of calls from homeowners dealing with active infestations, and it can sometimes take a day or two to get out to a property.<br><br>That said, we completely understand your frustration, especially given what was discussed earlier, and we’ll be reviewing this internally to make sure our communication stays consistent.<br><br>We truly hope everything works out with your termite treatment and that your issue is fully resolved. Can’t say enough good things about this company and its employees The communication when setting an appointment was excellent When the guys came out to inspect and then service the areas for termites. We had a small problem with the refrigerator. I wasn’t aware of where it got stuck instead of walking away, which happens often in Miami these guys hung out helped me disassemble the refrigerator, correct the problem underneath it, and then reinstall everything.
