Termpest has been doing the basic pest control at our store for many years, over the years they have helped us remove a massive bees nest and twice treated for drywood termites preventing any need to tent our building, they have always been punctual, friendly and willing to help us with any unexpected issues encountered. I'd give them more than 5 starts if it was an option!

I trust Termpest for all my Pest Control needs at my businesses and also at my residence. They do an excellent job and they can be trusted to keep your location pest free! I highly recommend this service!

Was really sad to hear about Mike's passing. I had reached out to him many times over the years for different issues for multiple properties. Had an issue in a new house that I had just purchased. Subterranean termites showed up. A home inspection done by a different company that did the complete inspection did not pick it up very scary. But spoke to Robyn and she obviously takes after her uncle chic. She got it sorted and treated within days at a reasonable price. Knowing that termites are not eating my house from the inside out is priceless actually.

I was recently having an issue with termites and someone had recommended Termpest. I gave them a call and spoke with Robyn. She sent her technicians to my home and they were able to address the situation. I’ve since recommended Termpest to several of my friends and they have used Termpest as well, with no issues. I live on the beach in an apartment building. My neighbor was infested with German roaches. I was freaked out. I can't deal with roaches. Robyn had her techs come right away. They did a very extensive service with a follow-up. This was six months ago, haven't seen another roach. Thank you…

Needed an exterminator immediately was expecting company the next day. I called several places and no one would schedule me. That is until I called Termpest. I spoke with Sindi explained my situation and not only was she sympathetic, she got an exterminator to my home right away. Great customer service. Would highly reccomend

Termpest Termite & Pest Control has the most professional, knowledgeable, and punctual staff I have ever experienced in the field. The technicians are extremely apprehensive in making sure the job gets done and made me feel comfortable when one of my properties needed treatment, gave me tips and completed the job in a timely manner. I’ve used them many times in the past and usually dealt with Mike. But since he’s passed, the office staff and his daughter Robyn were very easy and accommodating with scheduling with and called me back right away. Highly recommend to anyone in palm beach, broward, and Miami dade counties.

Do not walk away from this company—-run. I was buying a new house, and the old owners had a termite “warranty” with termpest. I asked them if they could come out and check for an active infestation before I bought. They charged me $135.00 for an “inspection” and reported no active infestation. Then they charged my credit card over $700 unauthorized and, once I acquired the house, started invoicing me for services I never signed up for such as mosquito control. Tried calling and no one answers. Emailed and they responded claiming they never charged me that much money when they did. Had to dispute it with the credit card company. After I moved in my wife gave birth and I started noticing black specks on the baby’s crib. I called Terminex and there is indeed an active termite infestation. I could have tented and taken care of it before we moved in and the baby was born, had this company not been so unscrupulous.

I can’t say enough about this Company! When everyone else, all the big name companies refused to tent my house because we have a basement (yes, we have a big basement in Miami😄) I couldn’t believe that we won’t be able to get this done! So I did the best thing I can, I Prayed! Then the Lord answered and sent an Angel, Mr. Mike! I was so happy when he came and said, yes they will tent my home! Have been using them now for 25+ years for all our pest services! Sweetest people ever…Robyn, Carol and the rest of the crew! Look no further than this great company and awesome people!

This is such an amazing family business. They were attentive, professional, courteous, and adorable. I had such a great experience with them. Well sad to hear this business has gone down hill. Individual pushed back appts day and came whenever he felt like. Company will give you the run around and wont keep up with records. Sad company
