I have 2 experiences with this company ...when it comes to tenting of the house and the termite process.It was perfect. However I was very highly disappointed when I came home to find out that the breakers were not put back on for my refrigerator and all the food that was stored in the bags had gone to waste. As well as my freezer packs were stolen out of my freezer. They were there initially before I left the house. I called the owner in hopes to find an explanation of what happened and why the breakers were not turned back on to, which I was told he doesn't know what happened and would find out what happened.And get back to me and he never did. And then the final thing was seeing that my backyard gate was broken due to them going from the house to the shed. Very disappointed. I was not compensated for the loss of my food.And now have to to have the back gate fixed. My freezer packs are missing.They were in originally, before I left the house, do you honestly think your customers would lie about this.And also the back gate was not broken.The way it was before I left. And the biggest issue is I was not told nor made aware of the breakers being shut off in the house for pre tenting you need to tell your customers this! the breakers will not turn off before I left the house.And when I came back, they were turned off.So how is that the homeowner's responsibility ? And it also doesn't make logical sense if you tell your clients to put their food from the fridge into refrigerator bags that you supply to the clients to stick back in the refrigerator if the breakers are to be turned off. Once again, it seems like you're saying that the customers are lying. Especially with the breaker situation!. I'm a very honest person and do not have time to waste on making lies up about situations from companies!
