Hi, I don't usually leave reviews, but this company deserves it. I hired them to do two houses, and they left them incredible. Everything was clean, everything was tidy, the water hoses were coiled, and everything inside was tidy and clean, nothing dirty. In 3 days, my house was ready to move in. Everything was super fast. I recommend this company.

SPC Services did a great job preoaring and tenting my house against termites for the best price I found. I live in a wood frame home so termites are a big danger. They came on time, tented the house, explained the amount if gas needed for my size home (which agreed to my research) and were back on Monday to remove the tent and vent the house. Asides from the termites, they also eliminated the ants, roaches and even spiders that I was always fighting with. I highly recommend them.

Termite service was good, basically a termite tent service. After tent was removed, i noticed that they had thrown garbage and sand in the recycling bin. I was not able to pull the bin. I called to inform them and no response. Sent message to sales person in which he was going to forward my concern to the owner. This aspect of the company I do not like and do not appreciate not getting a call back to see what help i needed. Now I have to get someone to help pull the bin, speak to guy from the waste company to also empty out the recycling bin, then have to wash the bin since I do recycle and it's now contaminated.

I had an excellent experience with SPC Services LLC. Luis explained the entire process in great detail and with great patience. They were very punctual and responsible when setting up the tent at my home. After finishing the work, they returned, and I want to especially thank Laura, who helped me organize my things, something I greatly appreciate since I'm a senior citizen. I'm very happy with the service and recommend them to Carmen Correa.

While doing some home renovations unexpected company had found their way into our home... TERMITES! We immediately called Oscar at SPC Services. Oscar is not only totally professional and knowledgeable but one of the nicest men to do business with. He immediately came over to check the house and verified it was indeed termites. We were on a somewhat deadline to get the house tented and Oscar made it happen! We were totally grateful. His crew, headed by Luis and his group of young but totally professional and very conscientious guys went to work immediately. When the tenting was removed sometime later, Lauren, the air inspector, went into the house to make sure it was safe for us to re-enter. I want to take this time to tell you that Lauren was incredible! She took over an hour to totally inspect every room not only once but twice to make sure every area was safe to inhabit. Lauren's thoughtfulness in turning off lights, closing windows and curtains was very much appreciated. She was outstanding! They all were outstanding! Oscar and SPC have done an incredible job in training their people. Luis, Lauren and crew are very young professionals who have an amazing work ethic and sense of pride in doing a great job. I felt like they treated my home like if it was their home. Thank you so much for your great job and we will highly recommend SPC Services to anyone who has termite issues!

I never write a bad a review but today I had to write one. I called this company two years ago to fumigate my home. I was told I should not be getting any termite. It’s not even two years and I have termite. I called the company to let them know what’s going on, I was informed those termite comes from the outside it’s a different type of termite and I need to pay to have my home fumigated. By the way it was the same termite I had in my home which they observed. This company just tells lies to steal money from customers. I just realized I still had termites in my home all this time. I have hole in my ceiling. Please do not use this company unless you want to lose your money.

My house was swarming with termites! This company was highly recommended by a trusted source and Oscar helped me out with a fair estimate. He was very friendly and has extensive knowledge on types of bugs and termites. He knew what the problem was right away and took care of business. Would totally use them again and recommend them in the future.

Great people to work with

I used this company to tent my house for termites. Oscar was great. Very professional & always available to answer any questions, concerns & there to help in any way. Everything was made very easy. The best company I have used for tenting by far. Highly recommend.

I never leave bad reviews since I am in the service industry and I know how important reviews are. However this company deserves this bad review and more. I hired this company to tent my home for bugs and termite. They day they came to do the work I left and drove around to check on them. I saw the workers horsing around and throwing water bottles around at each other which they never picked up and left them around the house. They left sand all over the exterior of the house and the neighbors house they never picked up. They used my interior table and a rack to hold up the tent by placing one on top of another. They killed 4 of my plants which they could of Easily have moved. They removed my string lights and never put it back. So moral of the story is that these people are not clean, they are. It professional and they have zero costumer service and satisfaction. I called them to complain and they took it so lightly like if it was nothing, Roger the manager was almost arguing with me like Saying “oh man that’s nothing I’ll fix it in two minutes” 10 days have passed by and nothing. DO NOT HIRE This company. There are plenty others out there. Pay a bit more and find yourself a respected company don’t go through the trouble and disappointment I went thru.

The worse service, I give them all the keys from my house and they didn't lock my house gate it was totally open.

This company installed the tent in my house without properly inspect the attic. One month later I still had termites and so they did another treatment on the ground and still charged me although the tent was in vain. The total bill was close to 4000 dls. Eleven months later I notice that I still has termites on the roof and they said that my warranty was expired. I ended up hiring another company and starting all the process again. I strongly DON'T RECOMMEND this company. They wasted my money and time.

Terrible service, the worst, never call them.

I contracted them to kill the termites in my house. Before doing the job they didn’t even check what type of termites the house had. They put the tent and fumigated in the house. A month later I checked and there were still many termites inside the roof and inside of the house. I called them and they opened a hole around the perimeter of the house and they told me that it will kill the termites. 3 months later I check the roof and there were termites everywhere. I had to rebuild my whole entire roof, and replace many things inside of the house due to the termites and the miscommunication of this company. I strongly do not recommend anyone using this company as they basically stole my money and did a terrible job because til this day I still have termites in my house. Problem has NOT been solved.

I am not certain if the fumigation will work as the work is recent but we contacted the company after they remove the tenting and informed them of some of the damage they caused to our outdoor light fixtures and other items. They said we signed a waiver that they were not responsible for any damage. Not sure that's a way to conduct business, I would not hire them again.

We had our home tented on June 2017 on February 28 2019 we had termites again after several attempts to have someone come over so they can retent according to the 1 year warranty, finally today april 19 someone came but only for him to say that they are Flying ants that apparently poop and look just like termites! Do not be fooled by these people. Lo barato sale caro!

Disappointed- I used this company to Treat My Home for Termites last week. Here is My Fair and Honest Review- The day before tenting I went to Publix Supermkt to buy 7 Sub Sandwiches and a 12 pack of Bottle Water to offer the fellows whom will do the work in the heat on Tenting My Home. I took the time to fill a cooler full of Ice to insure the water and Sanwiches would remain cool when the workers arrived. I did this as an Act of of Kindness as I Myself used to work on Hot Roofs in the summertime years ago. I kinda feel kicked and disappointed and I will explain further- They show-Up as Scheduled and seemed Very Friendly to me, They Spoke No English whatsover expect for the Leader named GUS. GUS was the Only Person whom is allowed to enter the dwelling and is also known as the *Gas Shooter* whom injects the poison and is held responsible for the Keys to the property. GUS was Down to Earth / Likeable / Friendly and Seemed Very Accomodating. I Will Cut Thru The Chase and Get Straight To What Upset Me.. ..We Have Security Cameras Both Inside and Outside.. While Rolling Back Footage we notice the roof workers lifing up the hood of an Old Camaro in my back yard snooping around lurking in curiousity.. The Workers squeezing our Avacodes on Picnic Table table checking for ripeness. They Broke My Old Wooden Fence Gate (that was old to begin with) but I asked them NOT to force Open further ) They Pushed the Gas Hose thru bathroom window without loosening screen clamps, therfore Cracking / Bending the Aluminum Frame. They Left Beer Bottles in My Back Yard Carona & Heineken. They Left Soda Cans and Plastic Water Bottles in My Yard. ..In Closing.. I Never Called and Complained About Any of This. The Man Named Roger whom Comes Out to Every Structure Post Fumigation and Measures For Any Remaining Gas Fumes Was Humble and Very Friendly and Engaging with Information. I Really Wanted To Tell Roger How Disappointed I was, But I didnt want to hurt his feelings. I Just Spent $2500 for Hotel Rooms / Fumigation & Food. Respectfully Speaking, I Wish SPC Services LLC a Succesfull Future.. Sincerely.. Ron
