We struggle with our lawn due to too much shade. Oscar, our tech has worked with us and gave advice. Most importantly, I raise monarch butterflies and Oscar treats our yard with granules instead of a spray that goes everywhere. We have very good success keeping our butterflies healthy while still treating our lawn.

We began service with Plant Health Care last year. Since they began, our lawn had greatly improved. The weeds are almost non existent and the grass is a much deeper shade of green. We highly recommend their services.

I was dealing with another lawn care provider who didn't care for my lawn and plants. I am so thankful that our dear friend recommendation Plant Health Care. So far they have provided excellent service, especially Jeffery. He is the epitome of excellent professional lawn care specialist. Upon his arrival, he introduced himself, we spoke about my concerns regarding my lawn and fruits trees. Jeffery conducted a walk through our property and a evaluated everything for himself. He pointed out problematic areas and concerns. He explained the kind of treatment that was needed. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out worm damage, white flies and so on. He is God sent and I truly appreciate his knowledge and the dedication that he took while treating my lawn and trees. After he was done, we conducted another walk through, we're here covered everything that he treated.

I initially met with Aiden, and we did a thorough walkthrough of my yard. He was very professional, advising me on what needed to be treated and what the best approach would be. I signed up for service based on that trust. However, after two months, my palm trees started dying. I contacted Aiden, and he quickly let me know that the service manager, Renee, would reach out and visit my property. Renee was very knowledgeable and explained a lot about the health of my landscape. Unfortunately, the technicians who actually performed the service did not have the same level of expertise. They over-fertilized my palm trees, which ultimately killed two of them. After getting a second and third opinion from independent experts, it was confirmed that over-fertilization was the cause. Be very careful if you are trusting them with the health of your plants—while some of their staff are knowledgeable, the technicians out in the field clearly are not properly trained. It ended up being a very costly mistake for me.

On time, thorough and friendly!

Didn't have a good experience with this company. My lawn is fine it just has a lot of weeds. They wanted to rip out all my grass, re-sod and install an irrigation system. They told me they don't repair and treat "bad" lawns, they only maintain already "good lawns". Ridiculous, honestly.

I can't say enough great things about Jeffrey, who comes out monthly to take care of my yard! My lawn has always been a bit of a challenge, but Jeffrey has been consistently dedicated to improving it. Every month, he shows up with a great attitude and does his best to get my yard looking healthier. He’s not only hardworking but also super knowledgeable, offering helpful advice on things I can do or pass along to my lawn maintenance team to keep the grass in better shape. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the work he does, and it's because of him that I’m giving this company 5 stars. Jeffrey truly makes the difference!. The service is great . The only issue I have is the billing is very confusing . I do not do electronic billing. The paper billing is confusing . I pay my bills beginning of each month . If I would receive my monthly bill that would be great . Example : June 1- June 30. Also itemized . It was a coincident that I notice this e mail . Did not receive a bill in regard to this . So no itemized bill .

I have been using Plant Health Care for many years now. Jeffrey, the service technician, is so professional, polite, and friendly. He keeps my yard looking its best year round. He really knows his job. Plant Health Care has a gem with him onboard their team!!

Plant Health Care is the best. I used two company’s prior to PHC and all they cared about was billing me regardless of the condition of my plants. PHC, and especially Jeffrey Collier, have really taken the time and care to get my podocarpus back to good health. Very happy with the results.

Hard to get a hold of this place.

Living in South Florida we enjoy the outdoors and there is nothing more satisfying than a beautiful yard. We have used Plant Health Care for the past 6 years and our yard and plants are so healthy. Ian and his crew keep our yard tip top and the mosquitoes under control.
