Very bad, I called for urgent pest control for today or tomorrow, they promised to call me back and they haven't done so at all, that's a lie.

They try but remember they are in business to make money. They (in my opinion) don't use the best strongest poison available..

Do not waste your $125 on this service. They never treated my RENTAL property properly. The PROBLEM never went away and the COMPANY never came back after many CALLS.

My Condo building hired Bug off Exterminators and I wanted to know if their products were safe for pets (I have a cat ). The lady on the phone was courteous, knowledgeable and very informed of the products, etc. Then Joe the technician showed up. Neat appearance, very nice personality, great attitude, friendly... Thanks for a great service guys! Alex, Dennis and August "the cat".

you get no stars from me, I live in a senior citizen low income building, your exterminators ,come once amonth there are no results what so ever we have to be behind them to spray, that tube of poison is never enough I believe that if the exterminators came once a month and did their job right it wouldn't be so out of control the roaches walk the walls they are on the counters and this is one day after they come. some people actually feel them walking over them while they are sleeping please be proud of your company do the right thing!!!!!!!!!!!
