I saw them recommended on a local Facebook group. I thought I was going to have to spend a godly amount of money to find out what was in my walls AND had knocked out our electricity somehow. Monster placed rat traps in the attic, found the hole they were coming in from, AND fixed the electricity outage. In like an hour, and a completely reasonable price. And they came out the same day, and showed up when they said they would. Really glad I found them

We had our house and shed tented for termites and they did a great job from start to finish. Very professional service at a competitive price. We were pleased with the entire process and will be using them in the future for pest control. They are a local family owned business and very trustworthy and reliable with our home and property.

I scheduled a service with them that I needed ASAP. Confirmed my appointment in the morning that was in the range of 4 to 6 pm. Rushed home from work to be on time, obviously. At 5:40 I texted to check if everything is okay and got an answer that they can’t service me because there is no parking. That’s the worst service experience I had. No one called or texted to say there is a problem with parking (I would’ve solved it or even paid for valet parking in my building if necessary). But the worst thing is that they decided not to come and didn’t even let me know. I was waiting for two hours for nothing. Do not use their services, there are completely unprofessional. Reply: you asked but still confirmed my appointment and again, did not call me to cancel or tell me there is a problem. don’t try to find excuses

I’m following up my review to say this company is the best experience as we have used 3 different company’s on other property’s. Many company’s don’t actually place the tent and do the actual fumigation which is serious work. They hire a different company after coming to sign a contract. Monster Pest does everything the contract says themselves. Don’t depend on fly by night company’s for this kind of service! A very happy customer!

We called Monster Pest Control and were immediately impressed. Our property size and location was measured as we spoke and we received a pre price quote to consider. This was followed up with an in-person inspection in two hours. After an evaluation we chose a full tent fumigation service . We were properly instructed for our safety and given a firm date for three days later, not weeks like some companys. The entire crew arrived with wonderful equipment and worked in a safe,fast, and unison group . The owners were on site from beginng to completion .No other company has been as professional and competent in our opinion. The price was the best part and very fair! November 2023

I had a great experience with Monster Pest control. I called they gave me a great price right away unlike other companies that didn't even call me back. They were very reliable, were on time with starting to put on the tent and taking off the tent. I felt my house was secure and safe and they knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend them.

Had a small roach issue in my apartment and Daniel came and did the fumigation quickly and effectively. Great service! UPDATE: I’m not sure if it’s the building I’m in but the roaches came back a day or two after the services.

NEVER AGAIN! When I first called them, we set up an agreement that we would receive service every two months. After their 1st service they never showed up, until we called for a second appointment. They didn't show up on time for the second appointment, and we missed them. We attempted to give them one more try, and they scheduled us out 2 weeks out before we could get service. Finally at the day of the appointment, they were 1 1/2 hrs late. They failed to call, or give is a notification. They gave me one time-frame for arrival and my wife a different time-frame. I wouldn't recommend them. Totally unprofessional. I give them an F.

3 reasons why not to use this company... 1. Left my home dirty all three times. 2. Employee exhibited poor effort in tasks. 3. After three visits pest problem still exists.

Regret wasting my time trying to get service from here. Made an appointment a week ahead of time. The receptionist ( or I guess "wife", as people are saying ) was very nice and seemed knowledgeable towards the ant issue we were having. I went ahead and booked an appointment that was convenient to their time on Saturday ( today as this is written ) at 9am. I cleared my schedule and took the day off of work. So between 9:15-9:20, I start wondering where the person is. I call, and no answer. I waited a bit more, and called at 9: 45 and get an answer from a gentleman who states he was just invovled in a 5-car pile up on bird Rd. This was odd, as I just came from there several times this morning ( I live near by ), and so does my fiancee. She states no accidents where present either. So no accidents on bird road, which means he flat out lied to me. The one thing that annoys me more then anything is dishonesty. This company has it written all over. Had the person called me and said "hey, I can't make it" or "hey, can we reschedule?", I would have been 100% ok with it. Communication is key to running a successful business with your customers. Not lying to them. The fact that I did NOT receive call anywhere near the the appointment time frame, and I then call him at 9:40 for him to have just told me " I just got into an accident" is unacceptable. Basically if I didn't call at 9:40, I wouldn't have heard from the company. 100% unsatisfied and businesses like this should not be open.
