This is the best bee extermination company by far. Don't even bother trying with other so called "bigger" companies. Will, the owner was available to help and do the work the minute I made the call. He made a great assessment, provided a quote promptly and executed the work flawlessly as promised. I have had significant bee acitivities inside my roof probably for years and didn't know until it started manifesting more frequently and bacame stressful on the daily basis. They removed a 60lbs+ beehive from my house's roof through the master bedroom ceiling. I was expecting a major patching re-work but it wasn't necessary at all. They prepped/covered all the areas carefully and proceeded to do the work so cleanly and professionally that I could not believe it. They minimized the messy work as much as possible and cleaned/organized the room after themselves so effieciently. The pricing, attention to detail, and customer service were superb as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I don't write reviews very often but companies like this one deserve to be praised because it is hard to believe how good they are at every level.

I cannot thank this company enough! I called them today—on Memorial Day weekend and a Sunday, no less—and Joshua answered my call when other companies wouldn’t. He took time from his day to help relocate a bee hive, and he did an amazing job. His work was incredibly neat and organized. Most importantly, the bees were safely removed and *relocated*, not killed, which meant a lot to us. My daughter is allergic to bees, so having them near our home was a serious concern. Josh is the owner; Ryan was the one on-site. (1) They did an excellent job in finding the beehive and removing it. See image. (2) They made holes in the ceiling, but conveniently did NOT MENTION at the start of the session that patching the holes is NOT included in the quote. After Ryan finished up, I was super confused as to why he was leaving the job site without finishing fixing the holes, and then we got into a phone call with Josh who started telling me how they never quote the fixing of the holes, and that he’s been doing business for 20 years and it’s never an issue. Well, if I have someone come to my house to make holes in my roof, I thought it would be assume that they would fix the damage that they did. Apparently that’s not the case with Josh, and then he came up with an arbitrary quote after the job was done. He should be transparent about pricing at the beginning that a 1 foot by 1 foot hole will be $x to fix. Pretty disappointed in that. I now have two holes that I’ll need to get fixed elsewhere. (3). In hindsight, I would not have hired the extermination of these bees, and would’ve reached out to a beekeeper to move these bees and honey. See images. We didn’t know that this was inside the roof; or we would’ve definitely reached out elsewhere.
