We found a wasp nest near our deck and didn’t want to handle it ourselves. The company responded quickly and sent someone the next day. The technician removed it safely and treated the area. He also explained what to watch for. Very smooth experience.

Having cockroaches in the kitchen made me feel so uncomfortable, but Jacob completely changed that. He arrived on time, smiling, and explained everything clearly. His work was quick, professional, and super effective. Within a few days, there were no more roaches anywhere. The relief I felt was unbelievable! Jacob’s kindness and professionalism were outstanding. I’d recommend him to anyone!

Getting the house/yard/fence ready for tenting isn't easy, but Ronnie gave us clear helpful instructions at the initial estimate visit, so we knew what needed to be done. The tenting crew were hard-working and did a great job. We are happy we selected St. Petersburg Termite & Pest.

Reliable, professional, easy to work with.

I used st Petersburgtermite to tent my home. There was a stock of lumbers at the side of my house that I didn't have to move. When I returned home, we were attempting to remove them when I saw live roaches running from under them. I'm wondering, if the gas didn't kill the roaches, how can it kill the termites. This is just a joke I'm trying to get in touch and no answer

Not happy...71 yr old getting gas lighted Referred by friend who used them earlier so thought would be great, now my friend will also no longer use them in the future. Eyes stung for three nights.swollen face....found out they used tear gas (standard practice) . owner said no tear gas measured....tear gas is not measurable!.......rip in ceiling noticed within days of their work on roof.....no responsibility. Just arguments....No professional mature clear headed calm sort out. Owner and Rep both not treating me respectfully... showing no concern for my welfare. just saying same thing over and over....stand off..and they left.. Was two against one..should have had a friend/witness with me but was alone. (I found out (from another termite co) tear gas is commonly used.) I shouldn't have been given the go ahead to enter with so much still in house.. or could have been warned....it is not lethal but I was in pain and lost sleep and was worried...hate to think if I had an infant or toddler or pet with me. I have asthma/COPD...this irritant not good for respiratory. I initially had no clue, never in 13 yrs living there had eyes sting. Almost went to hospital. owner offered me a discount on next service, but I would never use them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I would very strongly recommend you DO NOT use this company. I am a Real Estate Broker and have used this company in the past for many years. You would think as a long-standing customer, who also suggested my clients use them, they would have behaved more professionally. The entire process from beginning to end was terrible. I won't bore you with the gory details, as I have tried to forget them as well. But I can honestly say, in my 52 yrs, I have never been disrespected by a business/ company that I was patronizing. ($1650). I was argued with, yelled at, that I had the wrong date, On the morning of. It was as if they were doing me a favor, not a paid service! To write this now, makes me frustrated to think of it all again. The young man who ran the show, was condescending, insulting, mean, angry and impossible to speak to. I asked for a face-to-face meeting, but my calls and requests were ignored. Terrible experience from beginning to end! I recommend any other company over this one!

Never heard from Ronnie

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS, COST YOU MORE THAN JUST PRICE OF TENTING...Ronnie, the Salesman came out for measurements for tenting, told me they would go around the plants, remove a fence piece, get me bags, etc...& informed me of what I needed to move out of the way & left me a folder of info... COMPLAINTS: no bags given - even after I called Ronnie 3 days before tenting to tell him I never received any, arrived an hour late, arguments with tent team (OWNER was member of the team) over plants, fence, my water pressure, knocking gutter guards down, leaving folded tents weight on my gutters thus bending them Removal Day- arguments over putting fence section back up, the manner they were removing the tents (dragging them over my gutters, plants & my neighbor's plants, driveway & lawn - which I knew I would catch heck about when they got home & did) Air out day - 1 window left open-the one with no screen Enter day- I see screens were removed on my other windows but windows left shut - I asked, received an "I dont know" 7-10 days later- my plants on 3 sides of my house die 22 days later- I notice my outside water faucet dripping, when they re-connected my hose, it was crooked - I couldn't see it d/t hose reel blocking view of leak 28 days later, I find live baby termites in the house where lights were left on, DEAD TERMITES DO NOT GIVE BIRTH TO BABIES. 30 days later I called them, left a message = no response. Their price is the lowest in town, but there obviously is a reason for that. I paid $900 for their service, $80 to gas company for on/off services, they killed or damaged approx $400-$600 of plants & trees (Yucca, lariope, Hibiscus, desert roses, screw palm, pampass grass, cactuses, bird of paradise plants), $23 in leaking water, have bent gutters & STILL HAVE TERMITES ! Add it all up, they could be the most expensive place in town !

I had an estimate for fumigation done and I really liked the sales guy they sent out, Ronnie. He was friendly, helpful and I was ready to pre-pay in full for work to be done in about 4-6 weeks. I said I wanted to pay with Amex and was told I would have to cover the credit card fees, another 3%. I told Ronnie I thought that was “piling on” and I wasn’t willing to pay their bank fee. It’s their fee, not mine. I was ready to prepay $1440 and they held firm on the extra fee. So, I got two more estimates and ultimately settled on a competitor who quoted me about $250 less and accepted my credit card in full, up front, without asking me to cover their bank fees. So, by holding firm to their insistence to “pile on” the fees, I ended up saving about $292. Thank you. I’m giving 3 stars because I liked Ronnie, but whoever’s making the business decisions there should have someone looking over their work.

Charging me for a contract that I NEVER agreed to....oh, I also don't own the house anymore; sold it 6 months ago. Fix this.

This company is a joke! They damaged a home I purchased. Luckily for them, I didn't pay for the tenting, the seller did. They damaged 2 spots of my gutters. The sellers realtor sends them a ton 9f business, and was assured by the receptionist, Leroy(person in charge) would take care of fixing what they damaged. Not only will he not return my phone calls, they told the sellers realtor they refuse to fix anything. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate, these people are very poor business conductors.
