KJC did a great job tenting my house, accommodated a couple of times I had to reschedule because I was behind other projects. I was able to reach someone whenever I had a question.

Juan was pleasant and helpful, he's very knowledgeable about pest control and I learnt a few pointers. Tenting my home was done in a timely manner. I'm pleased overall with the work done by KJC Fumigation LLC.

Juan Carlos was amazing. He was thorough in explaining the whole process. I had no prior experience with a fumigation before so he walked me through the process. His knowledge was impressive. He covered every details and told me how to prepare and what to do. He was responsive when I called him on a couple occasions to discuss a couple more items after I read the paperwork. I had interviewed a couple other companies but Juan Carlos put me at ease right away. I did not like having to pull back the pool screen but again guided me and showed me that it would not be to difficult with the right professionals to do the job. I felt I could trust Juan Carlos and I decided to go with you. I cannot commend him enough for his professionalism, reliability and kindness throughout the process. He is a great ambassador for the company. The rest of the team was also great. They did their work fast and efficiently. I was very satisfied and highly recommend the company. In fact, my neighbor works with doing repairs for some apartment buildings and I actually already introduced Juan Carlos to him. Overall great experience. Thank you!

KJC Fumigation has been incredible for our multiple businesses. Their service is impeccable and our service provider Napoleon has done an amazing job. Since Napoleon started treating our businesses, we have had the least amount of pests we’ve ever had in 50 years.

They did an excellent job, even taking care of preparing the house since it was surrounded by plants. The process was explained clearly, and I didn't have to worry about a thing; they took care of everything.

Excellent customer service I was nervous about the tenting process, but the staff was amazing. They sent reminders, explained safety steps, and made sure everything went perfectly. The house smells fresh and clean, and the termite issue is gone. Five stars all around!

We’ve owned several rental properties and used a few different termite companies over the years. These guys are by far the most professional. They handled a large two-story building, no issues, and provided a clear termite clearance report afterward. Worth every penny.

I recently hired KJC for termite fumigation, and I’m very pleased with the results. From the initial inspection to the completion of the fumigation process, the team was professional, punctual, and thorough.

BEWARE: They were subbed out to tent our home. They cleaned out both fridges and freezers, throwing away 8 garbage bags into our yard with all of our food, including steaks, racks of ribs, lobster. The food was 100% bagged correctly per their instructions and we were never notified. We could have picked it up, but over $500 food was ruined, taken from us. They have not responded, and we asked for their insurance carrier and they have refused to respond. When we first reported it, "someone" from their team trespassed on our property to take the bags out of our garbage, as to "remove the evidence."

Absolutely horrible customer service. We got our house tented on a Friday, they rushed us out of the house and we were supposed to be back in on Monday. We started calling from 8am to find out what time. They would not return our calls or texts until about 3pm. Told us 4pm . Then at 4 they told us 5 and were still late. Super unprofessional. Would never use them again and would urge others not to as well

If I could leave a minus star. I would. Horrible customer service! Do not use them at all. I made an appointment a week ago. Confirmed. I call yesterday to confirm the appointment for today. Today no one shows up. Waiting around for two hours and taking up my time. I call to find out what happened. No record of the appointment or an explanation as to why.

They did my fumigation and broke one of my screens.
