Rick was incredibly knowledgeable, punctual, and communicative throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything and was very thorough with the treatment. After researching and comparing other options like tenting and bait stations, tent-less treatment made the most sense for us. It stays on the wood long-term, unlike tenting which is a one-time gas treatment, and bait stations which can take a long time to reach the colony. We’re glad we went with this route and feel confident in Rick’s work. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE DRIVER. For a company who’s handling hazardous waste they should really be more mindful who is behind the wheel. As a ER nurse i see accidents all the time with reckless drivers. The driver was distracted and almost seemed under the influence, speeding, ignoring traffic signals, cutting lanes and At one point, tried to break check me while my 6 month niece was in the car I WILL BE SPREADING AWARENESS ABOUT THIS COMPANY on all platforms. I’m sharing this to raise awareness for other potential riders and to encourage this driver/service to prioritize safety. Professional driving should mean more caution and respect for the road and everyone on it. I hope this feedback leads to necessary improvements.” .

Service was outstanding from the first time I called the office to the time that Dorian came out to provide the treatment. I was hesitant to try a tent-less treatment, but decided to give it a try. I was struggling with termites and carpenter ants. Dorian came out, treated my house and within 2 days all termites and carpenter ants were gone! Simply put, they did an amazing job! Highly, highly recommend.

Had my house treated with Florida State Tent-less Termite Treatment over 10 years ago and it was Fantastic. Last week had Rick go by to check and he was very detailed with what he found but even prouder that his tentless formula was still good and the issue wasn't termites at all. Both Rick and Dorian did a superb job. This is a very large home and they checked all the spots, some which we had not seem. They were extremely thorough and answered and explained all our questions. Both were very professional ,careful, and accommodating. I highly recommend this company!!!

Rick and Dorian showed up on time. Did a fantastic job addressing my termite situation. I have animals so it was a huge concern. Very professional did a great job. I haven't seen any signs of termites. They took care of my problem. My attic was infested!

GUARANTEED... to take your money and leave you behinds with a termites infestation... We have more termites then ever since Florida State Tent-less Company applied their product. Their 2 year warranty is a joke ... It take for ever for them to return your call and take an appointment that they will not respect...You will never see them coming back to honor that warranty. We are now tenting our home with an other company to stop the termite invasion. Finally our home will be free of termites... and NOT because of Florida Tent-Less company. Don't waste your money here!

This product does not work ! They dont honor their waranty and the service is really bad. We had problem with termites in our building and instead of tenting we used this company. They told us they will take care of the infestation. This is not what happen, 2 years later its worst then ever. Termites are now everywhere in the building attacking funitures, floors and walls . We had a 2 years waranty on the service. We called them several time during that period they only show up once (couple months after the initial treatment). Since that we haven't heard from them , we left several messages, they took appointment with us and never show up !!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY . Bad product and bad service.
