Just used this company to tent a main house and a cottage. I appreciate the punctuality and also the professionalism of their team. Clean job and great communication. I tent my property every 4 years and will definitely use their services again.

We used this company 4 years ago, and they did a pretty good job. However we recently saw what we believe to be termites, when I called to try to set up a time to get an assessment and an estimate, the woman on the phone was EXTREMELY rude! She kept interrupting me and spoke to me with a very nasty tone. I told her never mind. Even if they came back at a lower price than other companies, I wouldn’t use them. If their current tenting service is anything like their current customer service, it’s no wonder they only have 2.9 stars on Google reviews.

Tented my house and we still had all kinds of bugs flying around after they removed the tent. They won't do anything because they insist the bugs are not termites. Terrible service, terrible product used if it didn't kill all the bugs, which I still think ARE termites anyway. The photo is of 2 days after they removed the tent. Don't waste your money.

Ruined the sale of my house claiming termites. Got termite specialist to come out only to find NO live termites anywhere on my property. Thanks guys!

I called because we suspect we have termites. The woman that answered the phone was rude, unprofessional and not at all helpful. They might not need clients. Obviously they lost a potential new client.

They all said not responsables for any damage any break entrances any values ata home and demand all the keys of your house and said if you loose anything we are not responsable . Beautiful what Cain of a company is this . An make stay out of your house for 3 day trow all your food on garbage I’m retire no money how can I replace my food .

The company did a great job! They showed up on time for our inspection. He called before he came so I could meet him. They gave me a great price, did not break any roof tiles, and had me done in two days. It has been 6 months and we are still pest free so I would say they did a great job!

Whoever picks up the phone should learn some basic manners, they are rude and don’t give a straight answer. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
