Darn Quick Termite & Fumigation

We found some termite droppings outside and called Darn Quick. Victor came by for a free inspection the next day and told us that it was isolated to a small area outside and walked me through how to treat it. He could have proposed a treatment plan that cost us hundreds or thousands, but he was honest and said best to DIY! I really appreciate it! Thank you!

Darn Quick is how fast they take your money and stiff you. We feel taken advantage of. After tenting last time they offered a plan to re-tent in the future by paying $165 a year. See termites they tent. Seemed like a good idea to pay over time for a future tenting. We paid over 6 years over $1000 waiting for signs of termites. Didn’t want to tent too soon on minor signs. Recently we had a swarm too big to ignore and have seen wood ants. Having just had the house painted we found termite damage and took pictures. When the flat roof in the back was replaced because of age and add better insulation we replaced some damaged wood but recently have some droppings. We requested a tenting that we figured we paid for. The representative asked for wings to prove that we had termites of the right or wrong kind of termites. When we showed photos of damage he said it was old. When we showed him the droppings he said they were old. When we told him there are wood ants he didn’t care. When we told him we replaced some wood with the roof repair he said it voided the insurance warranty. It was never worded as an insurance policy it was a service contract that was paid every year since 2021. He came with one objective which was to not honor the contract. We paid every year expecting to be paying for tenting. Instead we were giving money away on a promise that was never intended to be kept. We were happy with them before. We tented this house and our parents. They did the jobs and we trusted them so the contract was peace of mind. Maybe they changed management because they were not as we remembered. He offered to repay the last two years? Not holding my breath on that promise. Why repay two years but not provide the original service? Why not say you have given us $1000 let me work with you so for $500 or something we can tent. With the refund they pocket money and terminate the contract. If you look you will see I leave positive reviews on google. I like to help people that are nice and do good work. I don’t jump to leave a negative review but want to leave a warning that you may be mislead by a service agreement. I’m writing this review immediately after being denied service and seeing my wife upset thinking she was doing something for years that was supposed to be good only to be destroyed. I will take it down if they respond fairly. By honoring anything. Reading other reviews it’s common with this company.

Thank you Victor and team for your continuous great service in taking care of all my pest control needs. It’s hard to find companies that value their clients as you do. I called for services at the beginning of the week and had a technician come out right away. Thank you to the scheduling team and my technician Hector for doing a great job! 😊

I used this company for a termite problem about 2 years ago. The results were excellent and they were very professional. Since then i’ve recommended them to two of my friends and they were very happy with the results. Today i just recommended it to another friend.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS. BEAWARE!!! I tented my house 8 years ago with this company, their service covered me for 6 years, so when it came to re-tent my house, I called them again. Last July, I tented my home with darnquick, and my house is FULL of termites just 10 months later. I called them, and after 5 days of not a call back, I called them today and begged for someone to come as soon as possible and honor the warranty. I was first told I was out of warranty (without them checking my file), then I mentioned the termites are eating my walls and a new purchased Italian closet (from a store), and without coming to my house or checking, they are trying to get out of re-treating my home and giving me service. I spoke to an agent with no patience, then I asked for the owner, and instead speaking to the owner, I was passed on to an office manager, who proceeded to screamed at me without letting me get a word in, repeating over and over again my closet, without knowing details, all preparing me for them not having to give me service "because I voided my warranty" due to my new closet. I am a small business owner, and when a customer has a problem, especially if it is re-checking our work, I take it very seriously and give it priority and take time to speak to my customer directly. CUSTOMERS PAY THE BILLS, AND REPUTATION IS IMPORTANT. This is NOT THE kind of SERVICE YOU will GET WITH DARNQUICK. Now after 10 months of tenting my home for termites, I have to find a new company and tent my home again and pay again.

Great company. Professional. Orderly. Neat. Organized. Did one of my rental properties and my tenants were extremely pleased with their work and demeanor. Will use them on next need.

Darn Quick, the that crew to set.up.was.rigjt.on time, did the job with no problems, answered all.questions and did a tour of house for safety. The crew came.by the next day,.right on time again and removed the tenting,.again very professional and answered all.questions. Victor the manager always answered his phone to help guide us thru the process and the office girls were very nice in calling ahead of time. Big shout.out.to.the crew who worked hard. Don't do business with these people. Had a really bad experience with this business. We had a miscommunication with the first date we scheduled. They called me on a Wednesday and said we are calling to confirm your tent on Friday. I assumed I had the wrong date originally and we packed the house (they also came to drop off bags that day). On Friday morning I called to see when they were coming and they said it was the week after. They took no responsibility for the miscommunication. I had paid for hotel and had taken the day off work to tent the house. It's fine we rescheduled, these things hsppen. We rescheduled for March 8. Today is March 5. I called because I wanted to avoid issues this time. The lady on the phone did I wasn't on the schedule for this week because I hadn't paid my deposit. I did please double check I had paid. Then the said oh yes you paid. But we had you "penciled" in for the 8thnand you never confirmed. I said you never called me. She said I've called you many times, I said I have no voicemails from you, she said I was lying that she had left me VMs. Why would I lie? The. She yelled at me saying if I wanted to confirm I would have called sooner. How is it my job to call them if they are providing me a service. Then the owner Armando got on the call and said don't cancel I'll give you a year free of warranty. I said no I want a refund. He said ok, got upset and hang up on me I rather pay more than be treated like this for a service that costs thousands of dollars.
