I am satisfied with bye bye termites service so far. They recently fumigated my house march 2026 for drywood termites. As of today I see no signs of drywood termites. From the three 5 star termite companies I asked for quotes they gave me the lowest price, longest warranty, they were on time, and their customer service was absolutely excellent.

Just based on the phone call I just had, I will not use this company. They would not come to the house to give an estimate. They gave me an estimate on the phone for $2700. I thanked them courtesy but told him I would not be using them because they’ve only been in business for three years and international company like Terminix or others, Would be hundreds of dollars less for the same property. And then he started badmouthing Terminix and saying that you subcontractors, I told him even if they did, they would still give me the same warranty and use the same Fumigation chemicals and he continued to argue with me. Very unprofessional, I thought to badmouth your competitors in such a way whoever they are I wish him good luck with his new business, but I won’t be using them after that phone call particularly after he said that I wouldn’t know how much gas other companies would be using and then I asked them. How would I know how much gas they would be using and he could not answer. Not a good way to start a conversation with a prospective customer, I wished him good luck.
