Always a great service! Their pest control has worked in our house, we hardly see any insects, and if we do they are always nearly or fully dead. They’ve also helped tremendously in spraying where other companies won’t in our outdoor ac unit, where we had ant infestations multiple times. Since the start of their service the ants are no longer a problem! Finally their staff is very nice and friendly, and go out of their way to schedule appointments that work for you, and are consistent with showing up timely. Thank you BPM!

BPM = Master Mousers Had mice in my attic. Called BPM. Jay and his team came out, found every entry point, sealed them up, and eliminated the problem completely. We have used BPM for about 5 years. Jay and his team provide an exceptional service. Our home is almost always pest-free, and if I ever happen to see a pest, Ethan comes out right away to treat the issue. They are great at identification and treatment and are relentless at getting it right. Jay has also installed beautiful guards along the soffits to keep pests from getting in the roof—but they look nice!

I have had a great experience with this company over the past three or four years. I originally connected with them for termite tenting. I paid the large lump sum for the first tenting and then the warranty renewals annually. I needed to retain within the warranty. And they came professionally and with ease in the agreement of the warranty and retained my house. Their team from billing to the text, our professional and good communicators. The owner of the company Jay is very passionate and serious About his work. He takes great pride and offering a quality service to customers. I even had this company take over for the rodent interventions from another company. I was using. BPM easily saw The glaring gaps of the other company and provided me with the more quality service at a lower price point. I highly recommend this company for all of your insect and rodent mitigation needs.

Being a realtor, I have used my fair share of pest control companies, but none of them remotely come close to the expertise of BPM. Not only are their pest treatments effective, but they are safe in environments with children, pets, and even folks who have breathing issues (I know first hand, because we have all 3 in my own home). Additionally, they offer what I consider to be a white glove termite tenting. I have yet to meet another pest company where the owner will personally come out and ensure your property is packed properly and items stored, plants and trees protected as best as possible in preparation for the tenting. Inspections are another service they provide and I always feel confident knowing they have laid eyes on a property and given their expert opinion. Jay and his entire staff are thoughtful, extremely considerate and they treat each home as if it was their own. They help me stay on top of treatments at a number of properties with seamless scheduling and prompt attention to any requests. They are A+ all the way!

4 years later and still recommend this company. They are flexible around scheduling. Able to go by , even on days when I’m not home for the outdoor sprays. 2 times in four years we’ve had an infestation of bugs and they come out immediately and resolve the issue. within days the bugs are totally gone. They also text to schedule , when I’m not available for a call. Very convenient
