We hired this company to handle a termite infestation while we were still under warranty. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. After our apartment became flooded with swarming termites again, we called for service and had to wait several days for someone to come out. When the technician finally arrived, he insisted he didn't see any evidence of termites and left without addressing the issue. Shortly afterward, we were once again dealing with a massive termite swarm. We called back and waited another week for a return visit. The same technician came out and again tried to claim there was no problem. Only after we clearly showed him the termites and evidence of the infestation did he acknowledge the issue and tell us it had been fixed. It wasn't fixed. The termites continued, and despite repeated calls to the company, nothing was properly resolved. Rebecca told us multiple times that a supervisor would come inspect the situation, but no supervisor ever showed up. We paid for professional termite treatment and warranty coverage, yet when the termites returned, we were met with delays, denial, and empty promises. Our infestation remains unresolved, and we have completely lost confidence in this company. I would not recommend them to anyone dealing with a termite problem.

Spot treatments work differently than tent fumigation and require time, monitoring, and follow-up visits for the treatment to take full effect. Unfortunately, termite activity does not stop immediately after the initial application, especially in cases where an infestation has been active for an extended period of time.<br>Your property is part of a multi-story building, where tent fumigation of the entire structure is not a feasible option. For that reason, the appropriate treatment method was a chemical control program with scheduled follow-up inspections and treatments as needed.<br>Our records show that we responded to your requests and returned to the property on multiple occasions, including weekly visits when requested, to monitor activity and continue the treatment process. We understand that the time required for this type of treatment can be frustrating, but it is important to recognize that termite control in these situations is a process rather than an immediate one-day solution.<br>We take all customer concerns seriously and have made every effort to address the termite activity within the limitations of the treatment method available for this type of property. We remain willing to continue working with you under the terms of your warranty and treatment program to achieve the best possible results.<br>We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best moving forward.

Worst service ever! We hired them for termite control. Paid more than a thousand. Termite infestation on SAME area is worst than when treatment started 11 months ago. I have to call them every 3 weeks for the past year for service again and again and again. My kitchen is still infested with termites and it is worst than ever. They only treat it with a little termite spray instead of using Gustavo's (owner) proper machine to treat. I called Gustavo and he yelled at me (very disrespectful) saying that I knew nothing about termites and he was the expert. I guess I was very right about suggesting to use the proper equipment. Here I am with the worst termite infestation in my house. Now year warranty is almost over and infestation is worst than ever. One time they didn't show up once appointment was confirmed, and today they are late, as expected. Keep in mind they had to come every month for recurrence in the same area.

While localized treatments can be effective, full elimination of termites hidden inside walls is challenging.
