To start off, I had high hopes after the consultation. The employee that came to our home for a quote, assured us that the workers knew what they were doing, and what I was asking was do-able. But then unfortunately when the workers came to put the lights up, they really had no clue. They showed us their paper and it was a very very poorly drawn tree with lines everywhere. We wanted lights spiraling around the tree and some hanging lights to come off of the branches. For hours they tried to figure this out. It also didn’t help they did not speak a word of English and we had to talk through translators. So okay fine after a few visits they finally did what was asked. Now almost the end of January, we have called numerous times for them to collect their payment and to now take the lights down , but no one has answered our calls or called us back after we’ve left voicemails. We have even emailed detailing that we were unhappy with the service. I’m writing this review in hopes that you will finally contact us and come collect your PAYMENT and lights. Though I shouldn’t even pay anyways. Thanks Edit: the name on the account should be either Laura Jones or Michelle Jones. We have called all numbers provided and no one answers….will keep trying.
