I've been using Allied/Miles for over 20 years. They are efficient and punctual (often early). This is Florida, so don't expect any pest company to get them all, but they do a good job at a fair price. Only drawback is I wish they would initiate an online payment portal. Not only do I have to stamp an envelope, but they don't supply one. Who uses stamps and envelopes these days, Miles?

My wife and I got some brown banded cockroaches from the grocery store 😵 and heard about Allied from a friend. Miles came out to do an inspection and said one treatment should do it. He sprayed and baited and there was no noticeable difference in the amount of bugs. He was very kind. He told us to call back in a week if they were still there and we did. They came out again and there was still no difference in the bugs. Miles said there was a 30 day guarantee on the first $100 treatment. There were still the same amount of bugs at 30 days. So I tried to call and they wouldn't honor their agreement. Then they decided they would go ahead and do it but the guy never showed up to the apt. And my wife tried to call and figure out the situation and they kept giving her the runaround and wouldn't give her solid hours. Their system seems to be very unorganized. She even offered to pay more money for another treatment and they kept saying they'd call back after they talked with miles and they never did. I eventually just told them we were going with a different bug guy. The $100 we spent did nothing unfortunately.
