I think they sub contract all of their jobs. I have called for an estimate several times. "Jenifer" and "Jessica" will never call you back. I did have one "General Manager" schedule an estimate. He never showed and there was no record of his scheduled visit.

Identified possible termite damage in an inspection report, but when asked to outline the damage and specify the severity they reported that they don't do that. I'd have to have someone else inspect it. Not sure what the point of that inspection was.

The seller Miguel Clockel took the time to explain the entire contract to me to the letter. He has a lot of experience and knows what he's doing, especially regarding pest control, moths, etc. I recommend him.
