I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY - DO NOT HIRE THEM This company and person are completely irresponsible. They were hired to set up a tent to exterminate termites in the house (wood termites), and a few months later the house still had termites. A complaint was filed, and they acted as if nothing had happened until they finally came to inspect the house and said there was another type of termite… I called two different companies to run a test, and both showed evidence of existing wood termite activity. Both reports were sent to him. The rude senior representative said he would fix it. A long time passed, he said he would fix it, but he never came back and stopped answering the phone… until a woman answered saying the number was no longer in his name, but she never answered again. Super irresponsible. After his mistake, he stopped responding. He will be reported to the authorities for his poor service and lying. All the negative messages are real. Don’t trust Dayton

6 buildings tented two still have termites rescheduled tenting and Dayton and 305 are a no show 10 units had set up hotels and had to cancel we are taking legal action against 305 for the cost to have someone else tent and recoup lost funds of tenant that lost money due to hotel arrangements we will also be contacting the state to make sure the qualifier for this business license can no longer hold a license ever. Thanks Dayton for being a real man *sarcasm*.

Why do people keep falling in the trap of this company? They were completely dishonest, rude and unprofessional. Plus I still have termites after the tenting. Just a bad company.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Thieves .. the owner was very nice to at first and responsive then he got my money and was no longer responsive and very rude . I paid with a credit card over the phone because we were out of state . Gave him my card information, they charged me the full amount of the job before even doing it . Then they went into my account a week later, they took out another 500$ without my consent!! Basically they kept my account info and stole 500$ . I called him , no answer . He then proceeded to text me , didn’t even have the decency to call , he said he refunded the amount and tht he was sorry . I allowed it and days went by , no refund . My bank then informed me that the refund had been cancelled and now I’m dealing with a SCAM dispute. Absolutely disgusting. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. I would never recommend this company to anyone .

Was just an awful awful experience with this company. The customer service is trash. The owner lies, is rude, plus did petty and spiteful things. They unnecessarily killed all my plants and hedges. This is the first company to do that while tenting, purely due to unprofessionalism and lack of concern. I paid so much for tenting and still have termites as I type this but I will use a different company to get the job done right. Buyer beware

We hired this company about 2 weeks ago and we can honestly say that they were the absolute best. They were very professional and they knew exactly what they were doing. All rodents and roaches are long gone and we got back our piece of mind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in extermination services.

The very best! They are very professional, attentive and friendly and their contract was very detailed and simple and easy to understand and follow. I felt very safe and secure in trusting them inside my home to get their job done. The best Exterminating company around. I would recommend them to anyone interested in exterminating their home or car. Anyone who says otherwise is probably just a bad customer.

Late. Rude. Dishonest. Unprofessional. Had to involve police because he wanted payment before work was completed. Ended up removing the tent after just placing it and has kept my 50% upfront payment.

Dishonest and doesn’t honor contracts. Wanted full payment before completion of project meanwhile we agreed to 50% upfront and 50% payment upon completion. Ended up having to involve police. Not a pleasant experience.
