The VIP pest control team is great! Our technician, Dewann, is very professional, always on time, & always checks if we have had any issues since his last visit. Lily is also great and very helpful with scheduling.

These guys have been taking care of my new home since I bought last fall. The tech is always so nice, and Lily is lovely every time I talk to her on the phone. They are very communicative and always handle my issues with efficiency and care. Thank you again for all your help!

Trustworthy, dependable and OUTSTANDING customer service. I have been using VIP Pest Control since buying my property in Cheval, Lutz Florida in 2008 and have always had the best service of any other service provider in Florida. Owning several homes, I have dealt with other pest companies and VIP Pest Control out services them all. I recently needed help related to an infestation where repairs were needed before treatment. Shaun the owner actually came out on a Saturday and helped me for several hours make the necessary repairs and perform the treatment. When I went to pay, he refused to accept payment due to being a long standing customer and continues to check on the treatment anytime he is in the neighborhood. If you need pest control, I couldn’t give these guys any higher of a recommendation!!

We had an infestation of sugar ants. I contacted V I P. Shaun was the gentleman who came to my house sprayed the inside and outside of the property. He did a very thorough job and answered all my questions completely. I recommend VIP and Shaun to any one who has issues with pests.

Great Customer Service and schedule right away with free inspections. Very affordable prices for pest control and especially quarterly Pest Control Service. Free Termite Inspection and Free Rodent Inspections and if they find something they will give you an estimate for treatment. They take care of me, my neighbor and my son's Pest Control Service and we are all happy with VIP.

I first met the owner of this business back in 2006 at a business networking event and was impressed with her work ethic and commitment. I hired VIP Pest Control to provide services at both home and office, and was pleased with their services. Recently, I had a friend who needed urgent treatment for a cockroach infestation at a new home. I contacted VIP and Lilly was able to get her service scheduled in a short timeframe. Daniel Boyd came out and provided excellent advice and service, going above and beyond with respectful and timely communication. The treatment was successful, and I am a satisfied client again! Highly Recommend!

Four years ago I called VIP in a panic. I was home with a newborn and discovered bugs in a room near the nursery. They came out quickly, inspected our home, explained the baiting process and took care of the issue. Office staff is always friendly and responsive. Wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Technician came to inspect the house and couldn’t finish the job bc his ladder was too short. He came back again and requested no pest control but his manager still insisted on a $300 service. Technician showed up 3 hours late and sprayed the house but it’s going on 2 weeks and we haven’t seen a single dead pest. Office manager stored my credit card number and billed my second payment without my permission and it was supposed to be split evenly between myself and other people in the house. Very disorganized unprofessional and their product sucks. Go with Orikin. It costs more but you get what you pay for.

Lily is so kind and helpful. She sent out Daniel to exterminate my home. He was so reassuring that he would take care of my problem. More than once, they both talked me off of the ledge!

VIP Service does our annual termite inspection in Carroll Oaks. They are very thorough in what they do. Staff are professional & corteous. I am very please w/their service. Recently discover pest control is only $20, can't beat that for sure. Would highly recommend them.

We had a pest control company that wasn’t getting rid of our German cockroaches. I questioned them about the way that they were treating (spraying) and they told me that I probably didn’t have the German variety. (Even though I knew what I was seeing. After and evening of smashing them with my hand, I called a friend for a recommendation. She has used VIp and was very happy with the service. Lilly was wonderful on the phone and answered my questions that she knew the answers for. Ii scheduled an appointment and the very knowledgeable technician came out and verified that I had German cockroaches. Since I have pets, I was concerned about the toxicity. He assured me that the treatment would be done with that in mind. A few days later the treatment was done (baiting) and now at 10 days out we are only seeing dead bugs on the floor. We couldn’t be happier!
