McGuires took my lawn and shrubs to the next level. They've consistently done a great job of cutting an trimming while healing patches of lawn that were not healthy. The guys are friendly and helpful as well.

The team at McGuire’s took over the care of my lawn and I could not be happier. I haven’t met the whole team yet but recently got to meet Tom Nordon. He was checking my sprinklers cause some area of the yard wasn’t as green as they expected. Honest I’m not sure what was wrong but Tom may have known that and proactively called someone skilled to correct the problem without me ever having to think about it . So appreciated. Whole yard looks great. Seems like they have team members working on something necessary to get it this way all the time. Like stress free maintenance. The thing I’d specifically like to thank Tom Nordon is how he puts a sign with time and date facing my patio to warn me when Shelby my dog needs to stay off the grass cause their maybe something that might , let’s say not may not agree with her. As soon as I come outside my back door I know if it’s safe for her to enjoy the grass. Tom , thank you, it’s so appreciated.. Mark Weathers

Finally have some weed control.

Been using McGuire's since 2022. Truly I can say that they do a professional and courteous job. Now and then there are issues to contend with but the reason they have 5 stars is because now and the things happen. Happens to all of us. But it's we handle the adversity to correct it that is just as important. On top of the professional service if there ever is a problem, all it takes is one call and they are one it. So because the of the good they do in all circumstances, I can truly recommend them for lawn care.

We have been using McGuire's Beautiful Outdoors since 2007. They are professional, courteous and provide AWESOME Service. We learned the hard way, you get what you pay for. They simply are the best. Tom has been fertilizing our yard for many years. He goes above and beyond each and every time he comes to our house. He is meticulously and methodical about how he does his work. I have recommended McGuire’s to dozens of people.

McGuire's took over my lawn care not long ago, after seeing my neighbors yard and being disappointed with my previous lawn care company. The turnaround of my yard is amazing. The results are tremendous. My yard had bare spots, was very thin and not very green. Now, the bare spots are gone, it's a vibrant green, plush and I'm green with envy. Thanks guys. I couldn't be happier.

The crew always works very hard, but too often they seem in a rush. They'll inadverity knock atop off a fence post or leave the gate open. Even though they seem to notice they don't rectify the problem.

McGuire's is a an excellent service. They are not only good at the service they provide, but are reliable, and allow me a worry free lawn care, which is hard to find these days from any service organizations.

Marco and his cutting crew are the best, caring and thorough in their job. Zach the fertilizer specialist is personable, knowledgeable and does his job the right way.

McGuires have been very responsive to issues which needed to be fixed in a short time. Triming trees, bushes, palms and irrigation problems. I would recommend without reservation.

Jon with McGuires is the best! He takes great care of my yard and strong communication with me if there are any issues I need to address.

Consistent quality and pricing, McGuires has kept my yard looking great for nearly 5 years. If you're thinking about hiring a lawn maintenance company, give it a try. They do a better job than I could and I get at least an 1 hour back every week to enjoy life.

Crew went above and beyond in cleaning up damage after recent frost. I never asked them and there they were working so hard on my front landscape. I can't thank the enough as I could not have done this work.

1 star is generous. Fool me once, shame on you- but shame on me for letting management give a BS story literally every week why service was late/incomplete/no show completely. Unless you want a full time job of babysitting your lawn maintenance company just to get them to come out, don’t bother with McGuires.

After 4th of July we had a huge rainstorm with the McGuier’s crew standing by to mow directly afterwards. Big mistake. They got their lawnmower stuck and had to have another pull it out. They tore up not only my yard but both my neighbors as well. They sent a supervisor to come out and look and told me they would lay sod down for me and my neighbors yard. After multiple emails back and forth, always being promised it would be taken care of, then telling me they are severely backed up,nothing. No email from the management telling me they are still aware of the issue. I believe they think it will grow back on its own. If you damage someone’s lawn, be professional and get it fixed asap. They only care about making money and not about their quality of service. Very unprofessional and cause nothing but headaches. Not with the $180.00 monthly fee.

Do not recommend, zero stars, stay away.... I sent this email to Mcguires with NO RESPONSE. McGuires services are no longer required, if interested, here are some of the reasons why:  Knocked over garden decorations and cement borders (Have Pics)  Broke sprinkler heads (said nothing, have pics)  Broke Garage Lamp (said nothing, have pics)  Ripped pool screen along bottom seam from weed eater (said nothing, have pics)  Left gate open 4 times in 8 months (I have 2 dogs, one of them got out and picked up by a concerned citizen on one occasion)  One person spent an average of 35 minutes to complete my intricate ¼ acre property  Blow debris back into garden beds (Pics on request)  The shrubs were trimmed 4 times in 9 months and only when I explicitly and repeatedly asked for it and then it was done in a rush and with malice. I have pictures and videos of your crew boss, who appears to be very angry, hacking, shredding and tearing at my shrubs/trees. I sent pics of this back in February.  On June 23, 2025, my neighbor came to tell Moe that he was dropping the tree branches in her yard! to which he replied, “I know, I’ll come get them,” and he never did.  Abysmal service  Slow or no response to text, emails, voicemail about my concerns over the months This was our agreement: LAWN MAINTENANCE: Mowing and Edging: During each visit we will carefully mow, trim, and edge your lawn and plant beds, then blow or remove all debris from walkways, entrances, driveways, plant beds, and other surfaces. We vary our mowing patterns with each visit and sharpen our mower blades on a daily basis. However, I was told I misunderstood the contract, and that it states, “The beds should be getting debris cleaned up as needed. Only thing we don’t clean up is consistent falling tree leafs. We will do the best we can mulch them up but as far as raking and hauling away we don’t do that. Trimming is also done as needed.” I suggest you contact your attorney to change your contract to align with your ‘as we deem necessary’ services, this contract states, “during each visit, we will remove all debris from plant beds,” and “we will carefully trim plant beds each visit,” the contract does not state ‘as needed’ anywhere. Nor does it state leaves are not debris. Additionally, your advertisement on your webpages states the same: McGuire’s professional lawn crew members will visit weekly, May through September, and every other week, October through April, to carefully mow, trim, and edge your lawn and plant beds. We will then blow or remove any debris from your property. Shrubs and bushes will be routinely trimmed for a uniform clean-cut presentation, and all controllable weeds will be removed from yards, beds, and sidewalk or driveway crevices. Additionally, palm trees (under 14ft) will be regularly manicured of low-hanging or yellowing fronds and seed pods to keep your yard clutter free.  NOT HAPPENING I went online and looked at McGuires reviews, I wish I had done that before I hired you. McGuires has a ton of unsatisfied customers, with a lot of the same complaints over the past year. Seems to me someone is not getting the message. Ya’ll might want to do a quality review check, start paying attention to the level of service your company is providing and stop ignoring the multitude of customer complaints. I would be mortified if my name was associated with McGuires. I consider myself a good customer, I sign up for autopay, I'm kind to the crews, I’ve gave them all a Thanksgiving and Christmas bonus. I do not feel like a valued customer as your marketing implies. Hopefully, you’ll take this and do better by your customers, because this was truly an appalling experience and entirely unacceptable. I’ve talked to your handyman Mike, he states the garage lamp is ordered and as soon as it gets in, he will replace it, I thank you for honoring your promise to replace the broken garage lamp. What a waste of money . I had issues every month with them and i stupidly believed them when they said they would make it up. Management has no idea what goes on in the field and the field guys have such a bad attitude when working. Should have left them immediately. Last straw was them trying to charge me full month of $240 for only mowing my yard once a month, saying my lawn was too dry to mow. Let me make that decision. I pay you to mow so mow my yard dont decide for me AND make me pay. Waste waste waste

I am completely disappointed with McGuire's Lawn Service and feel compelled to share my dreadful experience. After engaging their services for lawn aeration, I encountered a nightmare situation. Not only did McGuire's fail to deliver satisfactory results, but they also managed to damage my irrigation system in the process. Upon discovering the damage, I immediately contacted McGuire's to address the issue. To my disbelief, their response was not one of accountability or professionalism, but rather an attempt to shift the blame onto me. They shamelessly claimed that the reason for the damage was due to the irrigation system cable being too shallow. This excuse reeks of negligence and incompetence on their part. What truly disgusts me is their refusal to take responsibility for their actions. Instead of rectifying the situation and honoring their supposed commitment to customer satisfaction, McGuire's is attempting to evade accountability. As a result of this situation, I have made the decision to terminate any further business dealings with McGuire's Lawn Service. I refuse to support a company that prioritizes profit over integrity and customer service. I implore anyone considering their services to think twice and explore alternatives. McGuire's has proven themselves to be unreliable and untrustworthy, and I sincerely hope that others do not have to endure the same disappointing experience that I have.

Hired this company to take care of my rental property and was appalled to see the condition of the lawn when I arrived at the property last week. $185 a month so they can lie to us about using a push mower in the back yard and ripping off the bush limbs with their hands as a way of "trimming the shrubs". Leaving the side gates open multiple times. The employees must have forgotten that we all have cameras these days and neighbors that report back to us about everything. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, as they left us a bad impression and many of the neighbors. There's no accountability from this company as it seems they like to blame everything on the homeowner. If I wanted, I could kill my grass for free... I don't need to pay McGuires $185 a month to do it for me.

This is the most unhonorable company I have ever used. We have been paying $163 a month for lawn care/fertilization. Our front yard was maintained but the back was clearly not given the same attention. We had new sod installed in a portion of our backyard in Feb 2023 and were told they "knew how to handle new sod" and they would make sure it was treated properly. In May/June we noticed the sod started to turn brown/yellow. We notified McGuire of the issue immediately and finally someone came out to notify us of having to adjust our watering and that they "treated it". In July the lawn crew came to mow and my husband asked them if they could take care of the weeds we had growing in our new sod. To which they replied "sure we can do that". I watched them outback with a spray pump and within 2 days the grass had large patches that completely killed the grass. We have been in contact with them about these issues and they "looked into it". We were told that the lawn crew did not spray anything and that they don't even have spray pumps to carry around. So now I am a liar?? Why would I lie about something like this?? What an awful thing to do to a customer who has been paying you $163 a month to not even do the job properly. Several times they have had to come back because they couldn't even mow the grass properly. They would use a weed whacker instead of bringing the mower to the back. They would miss several spots, weeds in flower bed etc. They would come out after we put in a ticket but why would I even have to bother making sure the service I am paying for is done and done right? Ridiculous. I should have listened to the previous negative reviews. Now they want me to pay for KILLING my grass. Grass that I worked hard to pay for. Obviously they do not care. Especially when people will continue to pay these high amounts for a 10min half done job. I don't know what happened to customer service but it surely doesn't exist here. PLEASE TAKE YOUR SERVICE ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They Worked for a nearly blind man for two years. He can’t see the yard or the plants. Sprayed dead plants out front and back for those two years. Knocked to say hi and receive the extra tip and waters but Never informed the man about the plants. They Sent an email to the neighbor but never informed the client with a phone call or by mail with the paper bill they send every month. Management was extremely rude and unprofessional. Acted like a child when reprimanded for their work. I’m still waiting for the refund they promised to send for the six weeks of work paid for but not done. Horrible

Customer for years. They killed my yard. I fixed it, and they did it again. No one takes ownership, and they are fine placing blame on the customer. Was not a customer issue. We pay for you to keep our yards green and healthy. They just don't care anymore. Would not recommend them. They think this is acceptable for a front yard. Weeds and dead spots. The partnership is me paying and watering. I modified my watering schedule to what you told me, every time. You messed up my lawn and then recommended for me to go to another company because after months, my yard still looks bad. Don't choose them for yard service.

I have had the worse experience with this company. I was with them for a year after putting brand new sod down and they assured me I would have lush st Augustine grass with them in the spring. This never happened, in fact the grass got worse. I have had many different techs and each visit they never indicated the brown dead grass/trouble areas after servicing. I have had to call in to try and get things resolved always getting the run around and after a year of them treating my grass only to get worse under their watch. I spoke to the supervisor Tim who essentially said I had bad soil and needed to re-sod AGAIN!! What did I pay for all this time? This supervisor then sent a tech out to fertilize and charged me for the visit even after I cancelled saying the visit was valid!! So he fertilized bad grass!! When I disputed this with the office they took numerous notes and no one called back but I got a bill this time with a late fee. I did not get what I signed up for, poor responsiveness and lack of care for the customer at all levels. Be aware doing business with them. If I could put 0 stars I would.
